Fort Myers family wedding stay

The home is very clean with ample bedrooms and baths for our party of 5 adults. Great stay for our first trip to Fort Myers area. With rental car, had easy access to all nearby areas. The pool is a definte plus. Thanks for hosting!

A great golf vacation

Father of the bride

We traveled from Jacksonville for our daughter's wedding. The property was clean and well-stocked with incidental items. Quit neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen was a big hit.

Completely updated residential home in a quiet and clean neighborhood. I would give ten stars if I could. Pool and patio was gorgeous! Plenty of room for five of us-could easily accommodate eight.

The house was nicely updated and decorated. No soap/shower soap in 2 of the 3 bathrooms & showers. The spiral staircase was a little much. I realize there are stairs outside to the upstairs, but, we did not want to go outside each time we needed to go upstairs. It was difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood due to the narrow road and the large trucks with trailers/boats that stick out in to the road.

Long weekend

We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy spring training baseball and some golf. We spent the weekend using the pool and relaxing. House was just as expected and the location was perfect for our needs.The only reason I give a 4 star is the communication with the owner. It was difficult to get any info and no information about the house once we checked in. But again the house was perfect for us!

The home had everyrhing that we needed and then some. It exceeded our expectations to the fullest. Had every derail coveresd. Best home i have rented in the past 5 years. Definitely rent again.

Immaculate house

Three families (father and son in each) stayed for a weeklong baseball tournament in Ft. Myers. With the four bedrooms there was plenty of space for everyone. House was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. Host is very gracious and helpful, easy to communicate with. Probably the easiest check out we've experienced. Only negative is the pool had no pool cage which meant bugs in the evening, but we knew that before we booked. Travelers be aware that one of the bedrooms is upstairs with only access being a spiral staircase in case that's an issue. The other three bedrooms are all on main floor, however. Location is close to many places to eat, and not too bad drive to the beaches. Most importantly for us, close to the ball fields. Easy to recommend the Fairview Getaway.

Pool/Spa is not heated.

There is an extra charge if you want the pool heated. In our case I did not know this till 2 days into our stay. I paid the extra charge and after 3 days of the pool heater running non stop it raised the temperature about 3 degrees. It was all the heater could do to keep just the "spa" at bath tub temperature. Other than that the house is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and such. I LOVED the coffee maker! Full pot, keurig cup, cup of hot water, it did it all but grind the beans for me.
