The Space:

This is a whole home rental that features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath and also includes a private fenced in backyard with carport. The home also provides a fully stocked kitchen and complimentary Starbucks coffee bar. Upstairs you will find additional entertaining space where you can enjoy a movie or play a game of pool with friends.

Bedroom 1: King bed w/ attached bath. (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ shared jack & jill bath (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3: Queen bed w/ shared jack & jill bath (sleeps 2)

*both living spaces have couches as well

*air mattress available for $50.



*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.

Uber and Lyft are usually readily available. If you are driving, there is also garage parking for 2 cars at the property.



Other Things to Note:

- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed.

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

- Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
