Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings.

You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

We're here when you need us but stay out of your way otherwise.

This is a quiet and private street, a complete getaway with houses spaced out. The neighbors do all know each other and keep an eye out for each other.

There is a smart lock available for guest use and will be provided to you on your day of check in.

There are vaulted ceilings and windows in the open plan living area. The master bedroom also has views of the lake from bed!

You've got a flat screen and HD sports package and a sound bar.

You'll need a car to get around but once you are at the house, you'll probably never want to get in your car. We do not have a boat ramp, the closest boat ramp is Kowaliga Marina or an access close to Children's Harbor. We do have a floating dock for easy boat docking.

We do have an 65$ pet fee for guests for each dog. For example, two dogs would be $130 for the entire stay. We only allow dogs. Please note if booking on Airbnb, they now allows you to pay a single pet fee, but if you have more than one pet, we will charge you for those additional prior to arrival.

There is one ring camera at the front door that points towards the driveway and entrance.
