This stylish place to stay is perfect for groups and private trips. A newly constructed clean, family friendly, unique and spacious 1 master Bedroom 1.5 Bath home. This beautiful home faces a stunning walking park with a highway view. It is located in a safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Crystallina Nera. A walking distance to stores and other amenities, 2 mins away from Anthony Henday Highway, 15 mins away from downtown and 5 mins walk to a bus stop.
The space
It is our pleasure to make you feel at home and comfortable during your short term stay in Edmonton.
Everyone is welcome regardless of race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, religion affiliation etc. and we pride ourselves for upholding high standards of respect for our guests.
ONCE THE MASTER BEDROOM IS BOOKED, THE 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDROOMS ARE LOCKED. NO GUESTS WILL BE LIVING IN THE QUEEN BEDROOMS AND THE ENTIRE HOME IS YOURS.
This place is a luxurious two story home with 3 bedrooms and a bonus room on the upper level. The master bedroom comes with a huge window, walk-in closet, a full bathroom, a king size bed and a massive space. The master bed is high end with a comfortable mattress and pillows. This level also include a bonus room/ office space for your remote work, private time and self care. The laundry with a washer and dryer completes the upper level.
The main level comes equipped with new and luxurious stainless steel appliances: refrigerator with ice cubes, electric range, dishwasher and microwave. It also features a living room with high quality sofa, accent chairs, coffee table, TV with internet, cable access, a designated dinning area and a half bathroom.
This beautiful home comes with:
- Fast wifi / high speed internet - ideal for working remotely
- In-suite washer and dryer

- Self check-in with keypad

FEES FOR BREAKING HOUSE RULES

- Use the towels provided as floor or kitchen rags.
- Stain the towels or beddings provided.
- Leave half food in the refrigerator or outside the sink.
- Leave dirty dishes, dirty oven, stove top and refrigerator when leaving.
- Leave any garbage inside.
You are required to clean after your own mess. We have disposable non-medical masks, disposable gloves, various disinfectant solutions, a vacuum, broom, mop etc. for use for cleaning. We have also provided paper towels, kleenex/scotties and hand sanitizer inside the suite for your use.
For stays above 3 days, you are required to regularly keep the place clean to minimize the need for a deep clean which would attract additional charges.
Sort your own garbage - all food crumbs should be disposed in the compost bin and other waste in the regular garbage bin. See the house manual for more on garbage sorting and disposal.
TURN OFF the lights in the corridor, stairways and outside when you are not using the space.
You WILL NOT BE SHARING sharing the home with anyone else as part of this three bedrooms suite.
The main contact guest MUST read and acknowledge via the airbnb messaging app that they have read and agreed to the house rules and this space description. In addition, Guest will have to familiarize themselves with the house manual (on airbnb). Booking of this reservation means you have agreed to our terms and you must abide to our rules. Failure to abide to our rules may result in additional charges or expulsion from our property.
