Wonderful Experience

The rooms were clean, loved the fact snacks were made available. Also enjoyed the ping pong/ pool table and the large TV to watch movies and shows on. Would definitely stay again.

Great mini-apartment

My family had a wonderful stay. The bathroom was lovely, and the living room and bedroom were spacious. The mini-fridge and microwave provided everything we needed in terms of a "kitchen." The host was easy to contact and very accommodating.

Amazing Stay

Overall the host, stay, & studio were AMAZING. For it to be the basement of a house the host made it the absolute best. It was decorated so beautiful. And the snack, station & mini fridge were a hit. This is amazing couple stay.

Great place!

This place was really wonderful. The owner communication was great. The place was clean, the owner stocked it with snacks, and overall it was a wonderful stay. Although it is was the basement of the house, it was a lot more private and quiet than we expected. Definitely recommend!

Great hosting!

The living space was very neat and clean, and the host paid special attention to details - like having snacks and drinks for the guests, as well as activities. She was very responsive to inquiries and communicated very well. The home and neighborhood were very nice, despite some of the condition of the surrounding area - give this place a chance!

Very nice, clean and spacious.

Great stay! The whole downstairs area is very spacious. It was very clean and the host even left some snacks and drinks, a very nice touch. It's in a nice, upscale neighborhood, quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable and I slept quite well. Access to the iron and ironing board where a nice bonus also. 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend.

Newer home in pleasant and safe feeling neighborhood. However, stay for elderly or handicapped not recommended. Entrance to accommodation is a steep walk way and dangerous stepping from shower on very slippery floor. Luckily my injury was just a scratch on the hand. But now i am being charged 200 dollars for a broken towel rack that prevented me from having a more serious injury. Very not fair.

I understand your concern regarding the walkway and driveway that why the investment to pour concrete and step was made. As far as you slipping getting out of the shower you could have very well put a towel down on the floor, and it is nice to know you did not injure yourself. You failed to mention not only did you destroy the towel rack you put a hole in the wall that I had to pay to get fix. You booked for two people and three people stayed, I did not raised an issue… I should not have to pay to fix damages you made. Also you never paid the 200 dollar so the audacity of you to write this review

I was under the impression that I would be renting out a home for a night however this is a room in the house. The room is on the backside, downstairs of the homeowner. I feel this is important to let potential clients know because that was a huge safety concern for me! I would have never booked a room in somebody else’s home. I didn’t stay & the owner didn’t offer me any of my money back!

Qutrice thanks for your review, This is a first time I’ve had this type of response. Nowhere in this listing am I trying to be Deceitful the listing is pretty clear and explanatory with Accurate pictures, the facts are you get the entire bottom level of the home, with a private entry and exit, totally secluded and locked off from the rest of the home also, let’s be clear, there is one private bedroom with a bathroom and an additional family room that has a Wii console, pool table, ping-pong table, Pac-Man machine two televisions a microwave, refrigerator, plus a sleeper couch in the gaming room. I’m sorry that you didn’t read the listing in its entirety and I’m not happy you were unsatisfied with the listing. I hope you have a better experience with Vrbo in the future!

Good not great

This is a nice space for sure. Very comparable, however, to being in a nice hotel. The host is very nice and hospitable. The only negatives we experienced was the upstairs noise. They have hard surface floors directly above and it can be fairly loud. No big deal except that it was all hours (1am, 3am, 7am). Also, the listing is for 1-4 people. I initially had 2 guests total but that changed last minute to 4. I notified the host and was charged an additional $125. While i somewhat understand; it changed absolutely nothing. We didn't garner any more supples or linens with the added guests. Not sure why i was charged for something that changed absolutely nothing for the host and wasnt over the allowed occupancy. No additional towels, sheets or pillows. Heck, we didnt even exceed one roll of toilet paper.

You originally book for two guest then changed it to four last minute keep in mind I wasn’t even going to except your request granted it was the week after Christmas literally New year Eve weekend, you obviously didn’t not understand at all considering you never paid the 125 fee, you said yall was going to get a hotel, if you would have, you still would have paid 125 if not more. There is an abundance of sheets and towel in the closet and under the pull out couch…. You agreed to the charges then never paid. It is what it is….. Be blessed sir
