(Please no parties or events the house is only for 6 people max due to it being on septic ) This recently remodeled home offers a tranquil escape at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by mature trees. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the back patio, overlooking a spacious backyard and the nearby woods, teeming with birds and wildlife. In the evenings, relax by the fire pit where you may get a glimpse of wild turkeys or deer meander along the tree line. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home is ideal for a family getaway, long-term stays, or a temporary retreat on your way to the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s also a great choice for anyone relocating to the Charlotte area while they search for their permanent home. Conveniently located just minutes from grocery stores and local amenities, this property is also close to horse farms and within 30 minutes of Charlotte, Carowinds, Lake Wylie, Crowders Mountain, and the Catawba 2 Kings Casino. (Please no parties or events). Please note that the fireplace is not operable. And no smoking inside the house.

Baseball trip

House was as described and vey clean. We stayed there a few night while our son played baseball in Clover SC. Only 20 minutes from fields and enjoyed cooking out on the grill each night to relax. Will definitely book again if in town for another tournament.

Some issues

Dirty washcloth over shower in nonmaster bathroom. So many loose boards in deck it could not be safely used. Need to say that all bedrooms are up a steep flight of 8 stairs. Floors were clean but all furniture except the table covered with dust. Outside is unkept. No propane for grill. Had to buy remote batteries. Batteries in drawer all dead. Dirty towels in close basket. Patio looked great in pictures. No umbrella. Outside not really usable space. No answer from host about the grill. Ended up cooking hamburgers and chicken meant for grilling on the inside

Reunion with College Friends

My friends and I loved staying in this very comfortable house in a beautiful setting. We especially enjoyed the screened in deck overlooking the woods. Our contact person, Mark, was easy to reach and very friendly.

I came to South Carolina to visit my grandchildren. Our rental was fairly close to their house and so convenient. It was a lovely place, very nicely appointed, and close to everything. On our next visit to Clover South Carolina we will definitely stay at the same place!

On the way home

We were on our way home from visiting The Billy Graham library. The house was very comfy for the 6 of us women. Located in a quiet neighborhood, The House was cleanwefelt safe.

JUST OK

Pictures looked like house, if you are going to cook - good luck. not at lot of supplies and we found lots dirty. Worst sleeper sofa ever. went first of Dec. the yard was totally covered with leaves and limbs. the house had been remodeled but old furnishings. When I booked house I asked if I could have a small family gathering (my family is from that area) besides the 8 that was staying and Mark said it was fine. There was about 16 there for about 5 hrs to celebrate late Thanksgiving early Christmas, Owner charged me 100 extra after telling me it was ok. I left the house lots cleaner and in good order when I left. If you're just staying overnight then it will do.

Frozen

The house was clean and tidy. However, when we arrived, someone was parked in the drive. We had to knock on a door to find the owner of the vehicle in order to park. Once inside, the temperature was 52 degrees. We turned on the heat and by the next morning, it was only 62 degrees. We had to sleep in our clothes because it was so cold on the inside of the house. Other than these issues, we liked the house.
