This one level (no steps) vacation rental in Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path.
The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours. Periodic sounds can be heard from the upstairs Villa occupants.

This is our 4th stay in Pamela's property on Hilton Head. It is an immaculate condo, updated with current appliances and a cozy bed. Nicely located in the quiet condo subdivision, close to the pool, with 2 great patios. Very close to the beach (about a 5 minute stroll or a 2 minute drive). Pamela is very responsive and welcoming. We love this ground floor condo; we have a stepless vacation because the dunes over the beach have a ramp with no steps also. That rocks! Note that you can call the Hilton Head beach and have them set up a reserve umbrella and lounge chairs for you daily for about 25-30 bucks per day, which we indulge in to cut down on stuff to haul. Once again a lovely stay in a great place. Pool just steps from the door, beach just a short walk down a paved path. Hosts are super responsive.Check in is a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked.

A Very Enjoyable Stay

The villa was perfect for our needs- sparkling clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and included thoughtful extras. Location was close to the beach and the beach cart and chairs were so convenient! Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that our pup was welcome.

A hidden gem near the beach - We’ll be back!

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway and stumbled upon Seas the Day—what a great find! The location was ideal: just a short walk to the beach, close to Shelter Cove, shopping, and only a few minutes’ drive to other parts of the island. Being on the ground floor was a major plus—no stairs to climb, especially when carrying things to and from the beach. The pool is right outside the back door, another plus! The condo was clean, modern, and well-stocked. We really appreciated that beach gear was provided, which saved us from having to pack a lot from home. Everything else—from the bedding and towels to the kitchen supplies—was more than sufficient. Pamela was a fantastic host: very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Her welcome packet was full of great tips and local recommendations, including places to eat and visit around the island.We had a relaxing and stress-free stay—and we’ll definitely be back!

The unit was clean and looked exactly as pictured. The kitchen and bathroom had been recently renovated and all appliances worked well. We loved being able to bring our dog along. The condo was a short walk from the beach. We would definitely reserve again.

HHI Getaway

This was our second time staying at the property. The close proximity to the beach makes for an enjoyable experience. Pamela, the host is very accommodating and stocks her units well. We highly recommend.

Great location

This is our second April staying in a condo in Stone’s Throw community. This was our first time in this particular unit and it was excellent. Everything was very clean, the king bed was soft and comfy, and the kitchen was super well stocked with any/all cooking items. The beach items included were all in very good condition. back pack chairs, umbrellas, a big wagon, boogie boards, and even a few sand toys. We love this location because it’s a quick walk to Folley Field Beach, which is a little less crowded and perfect for our kids and dogs. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

Very enjoyable time spent in Hilton Head. Location is excellent. Unit is more than adequate for 2 people and our small dog. Unit was clean & well equipped. Beach wagon & chairs were a great plus!

Awesome Property

Property exactly as described. Clean, up to date. Ground floor entrance a plus so not having to drag things upstairs. Kitchen well stocked. Even had salt and pepper! Bed very comfortable, sofa also comfortable to sit on ( did not use as bed- but linens for that were in closet). Beach is an easy five minute walk and pool is right outside back door. Communication with hosts was also excellent. They went out of their way to make sure all was going well and responded instantly to a query. Thank you so much! I plan on coming back!

Must rent this condo for your HHI stay

Beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness. Very comfortable furniture and King Size bed isn’t a rock or a marshmallow. It’s high quality all the way at this condo. Owners are extremely responsive to texts, messages, inquiries of every nature. Definitely stay here! 5 minutes walk to the sand on beach.

Wonderful!

My husband and I had our first adults only vacation and the condo was the perfect location-close to the pool and the beach. It was extremely clean and well stocked (including hair tools) with things one needs. The beach chairs, umbrella and cart were also a great bonus! Pamela was readily available and attentive to our needs. I would be happy to stay here again!

Perfect

This condo was exactly as pictured, which is huge for me. I’ve stayed in “updated/renovated” places before that still feel old and cheap but this did not! Everything was new, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. Pamela was very quick with responding and cared a lot about getting us the information we needed. The condo is in a perfect spot of the complex and is a very short 4-5 min walk to the beach (an easy nice walk at that). I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. BEST VRBO spot/host I’ve ever had!

Lovely

Seas the Day was exactly as represented on the vrbo site and was the perfect place for the two of us. The info for check-in was spot on, and we were happy with it the minute we opened the front door until we left. Everything seemed new and fresh and we especially like how clean it was - including the kitchen appliances. A few incidentals that were a plus were the hooks hanging right inside the front door, a nice size closet for our things and a top notch washer and dryer. Pamela supplied the necessities mentioned for laundry and dishes and even had a drawer with some plastic ware if you wanted to take a lunch to the beach. There was plenty of ice available and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the little paito and fenced in area as well. The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to many bike paths. The outside closet has a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and boogie board. We appreciate the security and also that the expectations for keeping it as nice as we found it, were clearly written and organized.

More than excellent!

We enjoyed everything about this rental. It is recently and beautifully remodeled. We especially liked the cleanliness. It is just a short walk to the beach that is easily assessable. Pamela was an excellent host and texted us at least twice to ask if there was anything we needed. The unit was full of thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nice restaurants and activities were nearby. We would love to stay there again!

Short Getaway

Great stay at Seas the Day. Great location in HHI- just a short walk or bike ride to Folly Field beach. We took our dog and being on the first floor and easy access outside was a plus. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Check in was very easy. The host thought of every amenity needed - even a sound machine in the bedroom. The pictures online show exactly the way it is. Highly recommend!

Awesome Seas the Day

My sister and I had a great stay at Seas the day! The unit was very conveniently located near the pool, the beach(just a short walk away) and HH sites. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. Pam the hostess was always prompt with communication. We would definitely stay there again! 5 stars!

Ideal in every way

This clean, bright, new first floor condo is ideal. It's beautifully furnished and extremely functional and efficient at the same time. Folly Field beach is just steps away. You can walk or ride your bike easily from the location and since it's at the top of Hilton Head Island you aren't in the midst of all the traffic and busier activities farther south. Host Pamela has thought of everything and every convenience to make your stay enjoyable. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. The closet of beach paraphernalia includes everything you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and there are thorough instructions and recommendations. You couldn't ask for a better venue.
