Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly townhouse designed for easy coastal living. With two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps four and gives everyone room to unwind.
Enjoy a comfortable living area for gathering, Wi-Fi to stay connected, and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. Step outside to your furnished patio for morning coffee or evening grilling. When it’s time to cool off, head to the community outdoor pool, and when beach time calls, you’ll be close to Hilton Head’s famous shoreline. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and an in-home washer and dryer round out a convenient stay.

• Washer and dryer are located in the home.
• Access to the community outdoor pool is included. Availability and hours are managed by the community and may vary.
• Parking: Park up to two vehicles in any unassigned Queens Grant lot using a required front-gate pass; overflow parking is past the mailboxes, and parking outside designated areas may result in towing.
• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning or damage may result in fees.
Communal Amenities
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
