La Mirage Condominiums Condo 103 is a three-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas!

This unit is equipped with a full kitchen and opens to the living room, and a dining table awaits with seating for 8.
The living area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The unit also has a queen-size sofa sleeper.
This spacious condo sleeps up to 8 and has a washer/dryer in the unit available for guest use. The large patio provides the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Quick Family Get Away

The condo was perfect for our family of four. If I have to critique anything, it would be that there is standing water on the balcony. And the twin beds were very uncomfortable for my daughter. Overall excellent and we would stay again!

Close to beach, clean rooms, great area!

The listing was exactly what we got! We arrived the first night late, the staff made the check-in processes extremely easy! The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was a super short walk to the beach, and with the private boardwalk to the beach, it made going to the beach with an infant super easy. The pool and hot tub were perfect! We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for such a fun and relaxing week!

Weekend getaway

We all really enjoyed ourselves. There were clear instructions on check in/check out process. We recently lost my father and the coast holds a special place in my family's heart. My mother always joins us on our vacations and she was very pleased with the condo, the amenities, and the whole experience

Great Property for Families with small kids

The property was adequate for our needs, clean and well kept. The pools were great and the boardwalk to the beach was fantastic. The property management and their staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a very small issue with our ac unit after hrs and the management team had someone there to fix it quickly and we were so thankful!!! Even at 9pm they made sure the issue was corrected!!! We will 100% be back soon!!

Spring break

The place was fine. Not fancy. Washing machine broke but they replaced it. It was sufficient for our needs. Very family oriented which is good. Everytime I used the stove the smoke alarm would go off. Take your own blankets as the bedspreads are super thin. It was clean which matters most.

My experience

Definitely an older property. Was comfortable and OK. We are very disappointed to learn. We couldn’t use our rented golf cart as the property has no access that will allow golf carts. Kids enjoyed the swimming pools and game room.

Not clean

Pretty sure they did not clean this condo. There was sand everywhere, a couple roaches, hair everywhere in the bathrooms. I get we are at a beach condo…but this was bad. The location was fantastic. Love that they have their own beach entrance.

Family Vacay

This was a great place to stay for a quick family vacation. It was within driving distance, and a great location to the beach. The unit looked exactly as it did online! The only cons were a. the door to the unit was really hard to open and we had to get another key made upon arrival, b. the elevator closest to us was out of service so a lot of stair walking c. the location of the unit was on the furthest side from the boardwalk/beach (across from the front office). Needless to say we got our steps in. :) Otherwise, it was a beautiful clean unit, quiet, peaceful, affordable, short walk to the beach and the front desk was friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Proximity to the Beach-best part

The best thing about the property is its proximity to the beach. There is no ocean view, just the parking lot and new addition being built next door. The outdoor space was pretty unusable because of the standing water covering it. We told the front desk and nothing was done. There were not 2 king sized beds as advertised. There were not sheets that fit the fold out couch. Also, no way they should advertise it sleeps 8. My 100 lb daughter sank into the fold out bed so no way anyone could have slept by her. There were 3 blankets for the entire place. We all froze at night. The main trash can was tiny, like half the size of a normal kitchen trash can. We have stayed in several rentals over the years, and this was just not well stocked with basics like trash bags, beach towels, or access to a broom. All the closets were locked so you couldn't hang up your clothes. We had 8 people, and it was not stocked in anyway for that. The pools are really basic, nothing fancy. The kids enjoyed the other games and activities. The price was cheaper, and you can see why. You get what you pay for.

Adequate, but overpriced

This is an older property that has undergone some remodeling. The outdoor areas are nice, and the unit is nicely decorated. The view from The balcony is of a construction sight complete with dumpsters and work equipment. There are many little things that need attention. The washing machine makes quite a noise and doesn’t rinse and spin adequately. The clothes still have water in them, so it takes a. Purple of times through the dryer to get them dry. The shower/tub combos are small and th shower head is very low. I’m 5’11” and it hits me about my neck, which makes it very difficult to wash your hair. The lid on the toilet tank looks like something’s been broken off of it. Whoever did the flooring in the bathroom area did a poor job. There is linoleum in there now, but you can see carpet along the edges of the wall. Over the sink there are six small light bulbs. Three of the six were not working. The bed in the master bedroom made a lot of noise when you moved. Then we discovered that it is apparently breaking and is being supported by a couple of blocks along the center of the bed. In the living room the drapes had stains in several places. There is a sofa and two chairs and the cushion in the chairs is worn out-very little padding in them at all. In the kitchen the cabinets need a good restraining. The refrigerator is an older one and there is rust on the top of the door. The 1st 2 knives pulled out were dirty. With taxes and fees we ended up paying almost twice posted price.
