Enjoy your stay surrounded by nature and wildlife but still close to town. Gated tiny home community with dog park and street lights. This tiny home has a queen size bed in the master and two twin beds in the bunk room. Great setting and still 3.5 miles from Athens town square and minutes to Lake Athens. Relax by the firepit or on your private patio. Fully equipped kitchen and all necessary utensils plus washer & dryer. Enjoy the community firepit just steps away.

Entrance was hard to find, but the Host’s communication was prompt and the cabin was very cute and clean.

The Tiny house was perfect! Everything that we needed was provided. It was clean, the AC was great and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us.

Cute little hidden gem

Came into town for a wedding. This place was super cute. The location is hidden and quiet. Very clean and a relatively new building.

Family Time

The listing was listed as a tiny home gated community, which unfortunately was not. It was more of an RV type park with about five or six tiny homes within. The photos showing the outside grounds were totally incorrect. I have been in contact with the owner/manager regarding my stay. The house was cute and clean enough and I have made some suggestions. I left a day early due to the wasps or muddobbers (15-20) infiltrating the screened porch and nothing to spray with and afraid to go out for fear they would get into the house. At this time I can't recommend this property.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately you did not feel our community was not as advertised. We are a gated community with a total of 19 pad sites and 7 tiny homes. All all long term guests and we are very safe and secure. We will make changes to the marketing remarks so guests are fully aware. Im sorry you had issues with wasps as its that season, would have gladly sent someone over to address them but we were not notified. Glad to hear the tiny home was clean and cute. Im sorry you did not feel the community was of high enough quality for your stay and you felt you needed to leave a day early. These are the first complaints similar to this, regarding the community itself, so we will add more clarity to our marketing remarks.

Cute little house

House was clean upon move in, we requested linens be removed due to allergies so i cant attest to the linen quality. Checkin was easy. Wifi password on refrigerator was not correct , so after we found correct info, we logged into an extremely slow internet. To do my work, everyone else had to turn off wifi. Upon arrival screened porch was damaged, texted Alvin , he said pervious guest had told him and he would send a repair person over that week. 79 days later, still no one showed up to fix it. So we weren't able to enjoy the porch due to flies being out of control. Neighbors were pleasant and quiet for most part. Dog park was actually the leech field for the septic so it was wet and slimy. My dogs got 2 different eye infections while there. Trash was overflowing most of the time by the weekend so flies were horrible. Notifed Alvin, nothing happened. House is right by the septic and it " burps" frequently and reeks . I have pictures of all of this but cant attach here?

Unfortunately we had record rains and the entire property was saturated. Not to mention my property reeked of dogs and there were damages to the property after your stay.
