Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are walking distance, go antiquing, stroll around the safe historic town, or hop in your car/ride share to reach numerous Hershey attractions. Hershey park, concerts, sporting events are within 3 miles. Multiple micro breweries are also within easy reach. Off street parking for one vehicle is provided, this is strictly enforced to ensure parking is available for guests. Parking is around the back of the building.

Other things to note:

Smoking and animals are prohibited on all parts of the premises. Exterior video surveillance is present. This is one of four units. The walls and floors are well insulated to isolate sound, however all renters are still encouraged to be aware and considerate of their noise level particularly between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am

Another great stay here. Mike always has everything you'd want or need ready for you when you arrive. Plenty of coffee, soaps, shampoos and such which makes the stay so much more relaxing.He always checks in to make sure all is well and if we needed anything, he'd bring it to us.Great host and location. Would recommend to anyone.

Apartment was perfect for my daughter completing a month long rotation at the medical center. Location is just minutes from Hershey. Mike, the owner, was a wonderful host. He was easy to reach and welcomed us on arrival. I rented an adjacent unit while sightseeing and we all had an outstanding stay. The area is very safe and Hummelstown is a friendly area. Would highly recommend Mike and his properties. When we return to the area, we will absolutely stay here again!

Owner was very communicaitve and hospitable for any additional needs. Place was stocked with simple toiletries, some refreshments in fridge were a nice touch. Everything was very clean and just right! We enjoyed the location as well, just "outside" of Hershey to not be bombarded with event traffic the following day. Jo Jo pizza sandwiches were great for to go food before event. Rubber Soul was in Walking distance and delicious!

Our stay was excellent. The location was perfect—close to everything while still being in a quiet, pretty town. The property was spotless and very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and easy, which made the entire process smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

It has everything you need!!

The apartment is exactly as you see in the photos. Parking is great....I backed right up to the entrance. Besides the expected dishes and linens, there were some bottles of water & pop in the fridge, k-cups, foil, plastic wrap, small storage containers for your left overs and even a little bowl of mini-candy bars! Even ice cube trays!!Location is fantastic. Rubber Soul Brewing is a few doors down across the street and the little town with restaurants and shops is a few minutes walking distance. Bigger shopping is 5-10 minutes away.Mike is great! He was in touch right away to see if I needed anything. When I asked to extend by one day he replied immediately and updated the booking. If I'm ever in this area again I'll be booking this for sure!

Weekend getaway

We went to visit our son in Hershey & stayed in Hummelstown. Absolutely wonderful apartment in the cutest town ever! We went for an Oktoberfest, but there’s so many things to do and nice restaurants/bars! This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in!

Perfect Ladies Getaway!

My sister in law and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for a long weekend. We are in our late 50s so we wanted a place where we would feel safe and this was it! The parking and entrance is well lit at night. The apartment is super clean, comfortable and beautiful. Check in was a breeze. Mike answered my questions immediately. Eventhough we did not use them there is a full size washer and dryer. Since there was no one checking-in on our last day Mike told us we could check out late. We spent a relaxing weekend catching up and strolling to the nearby restaurants. This gem exceeded expectations and we know we will be back. Thanks Mike!!

Comfortable and Clean

This apartment is wonderful! My husband, our adult daughter and I stayed here for one night after celebrating our daughter in law's birthday at Hershey Park. We didn't know how to get to the back to park. Mike called right away to guide us. The apartment was very clean ande. Our daughter said the bed in the pull out bed was comfortable and so was the bed in the bedroom. bed in the beout sofa bed

Lovely

Clean, safe and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with all needs and appliances. Water purifier in fridge is always nice. Bed was soft and comfy. Lots of closet space. My only complaint is the TV has only a satelite system that gives you 1000 stations but none that you want to watch. No local channels, no recent movies. No streaming channels. Hulu was on one of the spaces but you could not log on. I have my own passwords but that was not an option that we could decipher. We spent very little time there so it wasn't an issue but a longer visit could be. We would conisider staying there again even without a TV watchingj object as we both can stream on our LP's

Comfortable and perfect place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious and nicely updated. Close to all the Hershey attractions, but still far enough away that it was quiet. The neighborhood is adorable, with neighbors playing board games and afternoon chats on the front porches. We absolutely felt at home here. Our host even messaged us about an event they were having in town the weekend we were there and which roads would be closed. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!.

Just perfect!

The host was communicative, thoughtful and detail oriented. The property was as described; very clean, comfortable with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient to all and Hummelstown was charming. We would love to visit again.

Great little place

This is a great little place to stay. All amenities were available as stated in the listing. There is a nice little brewery that you can walk to. It’s very close to Hershey. The host was great with communication. Loved the Hershey chocolate on the table when we arrived! I would definitely stay here again!
