Welcome to our spacious ground floor condo with a tropical garden view.

Located in the heart of Wailea. Grand Champions is a world class resort surrounded by the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course that features two pools with whirlpool spas, barbecue facilities, and amazing beaches within walking distance!

A one-bedroom suite with a California king bed, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and pull-out sofa bed in the living room. We have two new Samsung Smart TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The Grand Champions Villas are located at an 11-acre country club-style resort along the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course, Wailea Tennis Club, and the Wailea Town Center's yoga studio, wellness clinic, and wine store.

This complex is beautifully managed with gorgeous tropical landscaping. It is a quiet location with two swimming pools complete with hot tubs and barbecues for guest use.

The Beaches:

South Maui beaches are spectacular white sand beaches. Directly across the street from our Villa are Ulua and Mokapu Beach and the gorgeous Wailea Beach.

South Maui has swimming, snorkeling, diving, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, boating, and whale watching (in season).

Dining & Shopping:

For shopping head across the street to the Shops of Wailea.

The Center boasts many eateries, including Ruth's Chris, Tommy Bahamas Restaurant and Bar, Longhi's, and Cheeseburgers Island Style. Other restaurants nearby to check out include Monkeypod Kitchen and Manoli's Italian/Pizza.

Golf & Tennis:

We are situated on the Blue Course, but Wailea also offers the Gold and Emerald as well. A Blue Course discount is provided to those staying in Wailea. Walk to the world-class Wailea Tennis Club from our Villa.

Our location is surrounded by the Wailea Old Blue Golf Course and adjacent to the Wailea Tennis Club. We are minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, including Ulua Beach, a top-rated beach for scuba and snorkeling. We are within walking distance to World Class Resorts and The Shops at Wailea with an array of fine dining.

In the adjacent town of Kihei, you will find everything you need; grocery stores, Hawaiian marketplaces, and more dining choices.

Maui offers many other spectacular outdoor activities such as whale watching, helicopter tours, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, scuba diving, windsurfing, mountain biking, and hiking. Your vacation can be both relaxing and fun-filled at the same time.

This is strictly a nonsmoking unit and a nonsmoking complex. Any smoking in the unit or on the lanai will forfeit the deposit. No smoking is permitted within 20 feet of buildings or walkways.

Please note that we have two units that are side-by-side, unit 21A and unit 21B. Between the two is a lockout door like what you find in many hotel rooms. This door is always locked and cannot be opened.

Both units are completely independent with separate entrances and lanai.

This unit comes with one assigned parking spot. Just one car per unit is permitted at the complex.
