Aloha & Welcome to our stunning condo located at the Kuilima Condos at Turtle Bay, on the North Shore of Oahu.
Our condo is the perfect destination for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation in paradise with two Split AC units that keeps the place cool throughout. Also featuring dimmable lights in the whole home to create a comfortable atmosphere.
With world-class surfing just minutes away, you’ll be able to catch some of the best waves of your life.


Our unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The living room features a spacious & comfy leather couch, a big Smart TV, Split AC, wifi, large windows/sliding doors that let in plenty of natural light and a dining table. In the living room we also have a Queen Murphy bed to fit comfortably 4 people total in the unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You’ll find a large fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.

The bedroom features a sumptuous King Cal bed with high-quality linens, Split AC, Smart TV and closet space for your belongings. In the closet there are some beach equipment such as beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels.
The bathroom is clean and modern, with a jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided.

Outside, you’ll find a private grass area where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the famous Turtle Bay Golf course.
The condo complex also features an amazing swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ area, outdoor showers and a walking path to the beach.

To enhance your stay, we provide you with a comprehensive Guest Book that contains all the information you need to know about our property and the surrounding area. You’ll find check-in/check-out instructions, house rules, and most importantly: recommendations for dining, shopping, adventures, and beaches! You’ll also receive discounts with select businesses including shark diving and a boutique store. You’ll discover the best restaurants, shops, and food trucks in town with our detailed descriptions, photos, recommendations, contact information, and addresses.

Any damage or needed repair must be reported within the same day so property manager can do their best to resolve things as soon as possible.

Perfect one bedroom at Turtle Bay North Shore! Clean, well stocked with all kitchen needs to cook. Great water pressure, bed is really comfortable. Beach equipment and 10 mins from North shore famous beaches. Located 10-15 mins from grocery store. Host answered all questions quickly and was very kind.

Location was fantastic. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It was right on the golf course and was only a minute drive to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. We had dinner at the resort our final night which was wonderful. Our friends were about a 5 minute drive away. The food trucks were 5 minutes away which was a great experience. We drove to the beach which is on the property. The stay was a great experience.

My family had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Much better than a hotel room after a long day at the beach. The property had everything we needed for our week-long vacation. Hopefully we can return in the near future.

Best rental I’ve stayed in

The unit was equipped with everything you need and in great condition. The place is clean with simple minimalistic decor. They really thought about the possibilities of what people may need including pool toys, beach chairs/umbrella that are in great condition. They even provide shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I felt like it was an extension of my own home as they had everything I needed. Will definitely be returning.

Great location

Great location and 2 air conditionings. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. Very important to northerners as we are not used to the heat. Kitchen has everything you could need. Very gracious host as they even provide coffee for the Keurig. Only down side was the low flow shower head. The first half of our stay was peaceful. The second half we had pretty noisy upstairs neighbors but this is not the fault of the property. Beautiful golf course view and less than a 5 minute drive to Turtle Head beach. Parking is included and assigned which is amazing in Hawaii. The fruit stand up the road was amazing and not far from a grocery if you prefer to make any of your meals.

Perfect Aloha Stay

Communication with the property owner was excellent and they promptly responded. The home itself is cool and very comfortable. We loved spending our time here. After spending the day at the beach coming back to a wonderful cool house was wonderful. We will be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful place! Quiet, clean, spacious, well stocked

We traveled here for 5 nights in April. My husband, our 2 kids (ages 7&12) and myself were so comfortable here. The condo was spotless, well stocked with extra kitchen items, towels, linens, etc. The A/C worked great, we loved the little pools, proximity to Kahuku food trucks and bakery, gorgeous beaches abound within minutes in either direction. The whole complex was so quiet and smelled of gardenias. We cannot wait to come back to the north shore and would happily re-book this exact unit. Bonus was the closet stocked with snorkel gear, a boogie board, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Loved it all so much, thanks!

Believe the reviews - it’s everything you need

Bright and charming spot that was exactly as pictured in the listing. We had everything we needed for beach and leisure time and a great spot to rest when the sun caught up with us. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the dual-AC was a necessity. An easy walk to the beach or the resort (and, even better, a 7-minute drive to the Kahuku Sugar Mill). The best review I can give is that we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Well Stocked Location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this surfer's paradise! Such a well stocked condo, everything you could need for cooking, beach fun, and tons of movies to watch in the evening. Comfortable furnishings, great gold course view and A/C. Great communication and walking distance to the Ritz for sunset viewing and Roy's which we frequented often for food and drinks. Such a comfortable bed, we had the best sleep here! Close to everything the North Shore has to offer and not a bad drive to the rest of the island including Waikiki. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Mahalo for sharing your condo with us.

North Shore Paradise

We enjoyed everything about our stay this year. The last time I brought my grandson he was too little to remember it. He loved going to the beach and was sad when it was time to head home, as we all were.

Clean and well stocked

This place was clean and well stocked. I needed to wash a pillowcase and sometimes afraid of what you'll find underneath. Pleasantly surprised to find a clean zippered cover underneath! Same with the bed. Also stocked with good basic coffee, enough TP including for our runny noses and was better-than-average 2-ply! Even the dishes all seemed clean on the first attempt! Wish there were xtra trash bags (small) for the bathroom so i could take the trash out frequently/easily. The grassy lawn out back was large and great for our kids to play. Just watch out for deep pits in the grass - it looks level but sinks down deep in places and could definitely twist an ankle. The pool was warm and sufficient chairs & shade. Wonderful place to stay! I recommend booking here.

Very comfortable!

From booking to checking out, the stay was amazing. David was an amazing host and very responsive. The condo is extremely clean and has one of the most comfortable beds ever. Inside the condo, there are all the necessary beach equipment (snorkel gear, towels, chairs etc). I highly recommend staying here.

Great place at Turtle Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great if you want a little slower pace than Waikiki. The property was very accommodating for our family of four. Everything was clean and organized. It was fully supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The extra beach towels, chairs, and snorkel gear was an added plus. There are plenty of things to do in the area. I hope to stay here again and would recommend to friends.

The property was beautiful and in an amazing location that allowed us to partake in the amenities included at turtle bay resort. The location on the north shore is also a very quick drive to so many other places such as food trucks, beaches, and the Polynesian cultural center. Will absolutely be back

Great communication

We had such a fantastic stay. The communication was excellent and really put us at ease. The condo was so clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We're planning to stay here again. Thank you very much for making our short stay stress-free.

Maybe Even Better Than Advertised

The Condo was awesome, it was tough to leave. We really appreciated the attention to detail, it was very well cared for and stocked. The location is perfect, close to the beach, walking trails, food trucks, restaurants and much more. David, the Property Manager was great to work with and provided clear directions for access, check in and check out.

Peaceful Paradise

Beautiful home in Turtle Bay. All the amenities you could need and more! Super clean and quiet. Access to all restaurants and beaches at the resort. Perfect for the two of us. But you could have couple kids or another couple with the Murphy Bed. The host was super, any questions were answered very quickly. Highly recommended! Mahalo!
