Gallipolis along the river. No cleaning fee and no Taxes.

Built in 1835 this home is a real charm. Imagine having your morning coffee, or evening beverage, while watching the various boats pass by. Gather in the great room for games or TV. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking that big meal or lite snack. You won’t go wrong with this home during your visit to Gallipolis. Bright, cheerful and inviting is La Belle River House. It is suggested if you have children to use extreme caution, due to proximity to the river and road. The home also has steps. No parties are permitted, nor smoking or vaping. We appreciate your visiting and hope you honor the integrityof our home. Note: there is an external ring doorbell with a camera.

Host was easily reached. Property as described. Very comfy place to spend the weekend. Kids loved watching the river and the occasional boat that came by. First trip to Gallipolis and enjoyed it.

Relaxing weekend stay

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and a beautiful relaxing house. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

River view and patio were our favorite.

A lovely place just down the street from the airy park with two days of activities. We loved walking down to the river front park and checking out the weekend events. We especially enjoyed dinner on the patio overlooking the river. Well decorated and cozy space.

Amazing house! Perfect for a weekend getaway with the kiddos! The house was stocked with everything we needed! Lots of fun things to do around downtown! Check out the “Our House” across the street! Tons of history there! Absolutely loved this little town and the people in it!

Charming house near the town center

This was a very charming house to stay in while visiting family. Great views being right on the river. An easy walk to restaurants and coffee. Felt very much at home and would definatley stay again the next time I visit.

Beautiful location

We had the best time in Gallipolis. The home was absolutely beautiful and historic. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and looking over the water. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the park and town as well. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Beautiful property, wonderful host, such a special experience.

We had the nicest time at Beth’s River front property. It was so cute, so clean, so nicely situated in town, and right on the river. Beth was beyond accommodating, and so helpful and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to our return trip in June :)

Adorable, cozy, super clean River front property

This was our second stay. We had a wonderful visit. Beth was exceptional to work with, so accommodating. The home is adorable, in the best location, and super clean. We will look forward to our next visit.
