The Cedar Cabin @ River's Edge Bed & Breakfast

Overlooking the Ohio River, the Cedar Cabin at the River's Edge Bed & Breakfast offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River. With a queen, 2 twins, and another queen in the loft, this would be great for families, hunters, or couples. The space
This cozy, rustic, cedar-walled single-room cabin directly overlooks the Ohio River. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside there is direct access to the beach & water, as well as a large open grassy & landscaped space overlooking the river, with a fire pit, swing set, and flagstone areas with covered tables. The property also borders a deep creek, with lots of trees. The cabins & yard are mostly separated from the road by the restaurant (no longer open to the public with the exception of serving the B&B cabins). Two parking spaces available per cabin (please reach out ahead of time should you want more spaces). Locally-sourced coffee provided in the cabin. The room is heated/cooled primarily with a mini split unit.
Guest access
Guests can access the river, beach, and large yard at their leisure. There is also a landing spot for boats about four miles south (KH Butler) and a cute little town about a 10-minute drive north. Free onsite parking lot is available. We live in a very rural area, so there are a variety of dwellings and lots of patches of woods around.

We offer a contact-free, COVID-friendly checkin. Very kid friendly. Very pet friendly. Smoking & vaping permitted on cabin deck and outside public areas, but not in cabins please. We ask that breakfast orders be placed by 9pm the night before. Our breakfasts are homemade and we provide locally-sourced coffee in the cabin. Smart TV in cabin. Free Wi-Fi.
