Nestled in 33 private acres of southern Ohio’s rolling hills, this modern 2 bdrm/1 bath with beautiful cabin interior, is sure to hit your sweet spot. You don’t want to miss this one. Many amenities including a full kitchen with all accessories, microwave, blender, washer/dryer, additional outside shower, viewing deck and rustic barn with social area and firepit.
**Exceptions can be made for 1 night stays with an additional $50.
The space
Come enjoy “The Eagle’s Nest.” Fully exclusive and breathtaking! There are 33 private acres to explore with this private newly constructed home. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. We’ve recently added a pond that will soon breed fish for fishing. Enjoy the quiet evenings overlooking the West Virginia Mountain View while roasting marshmallows over a fire inside our preserved 100 year old open barn. You can also take in the fresh air on the 10x30 two tier deck patio built for gathering with your favorite drink and favorite people.
We realize many like to travel with their 4-legged family members so with that said, we accept well-behaved pets. We only ask that they remain on the floor while Inside. We also strongly suggest a crate or carrier while you’re out to prevent any nervous pet accidents.
As a side note: There is a resident feline named Spooky who lives on the property. He’s very friendly and welcomes love and food (under the kitchen cabinets).
For an additional fee, Our retreat also includes access to two all-terrain vehicle‘s, a golf cart AND a UTV to make getting around more exciting and accessible. They are available for a daily or weekly rental. All use of the ATVs is at your own risk and will require a valid drivers license and liability waiver that must be printed and brought along upon check in. -**some gas will be provided but you may need to purchase fuel during your stay.

Please note: Safety is of upmost importance to us therefore, we have external cameras on the property that are capable of recording sound and motion.

Explore the rolling hills of Ohio but Please take note of your paths and while on roads. Please be cautious of wildlife and keep a safe distance.
Other things to note
Queen sized air mattress also on the property will sleep 2 people totaling 6 guests max.


Please understand this cabin is in a deeply wooded area and seasonal bugs are extremely difficult to keep at bey. Although we do our very best to ensure a spotless retreat, the locals still invade. They’re harmless but worth mentioning for those that may be a bit squeamish. 😊
