Welcome to Villa Tres Vista!



One of the most recognized villas in Old Town Vallarta (Zona Romantica), with its Greek architecture white dome design outside, & modern design inside. The amazing barrel brick ceiling is an architectural masterpiece. Old Town is known for cobblestone streets, friendly locals, & an abundance of amenities.



The Space:

Villa Tres Vista is just a quick walk to some of the best restaurants in the area, near to Mr. Flamingos, La Noche, Code, La Margarita, Industry clubs, 6 blocks to Playa Los Muertos Beach and the famous PV Malecon.



THE SPACE

Villa Tres Vista is perfect for couples who desire a private, heated pool, or families and big groups as well. You’ll LOVE Adela, our cook. My home has two full time staff members with your stay. (Excluding Sundays and Mexican holidays)

Tres Vistas is a beautiful, three-story, modern construction villa with city and ocean views. It is private and located in the Alta Vista area.



Floor 1: Outdoors: Private pool area with warm pool, outdoor lounging space. Indoors: living area, dining area, kitchen, terrace space, and half bath.

Floor 2: Master suite with terrace, laundry room (washer and dryer for your use), guest bedroom #1 with queen bed, guest bedroom #2 with two double beds with shared Jack & Jill bath.

Floor 3: One master with ensuite bath and terrace, another large bedroom with terrace, a living area with sofa bed that shares a bath.  Air conditioning throughout the villa.

Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the full villa. Staff will be waiting on your party upon arrival, or arrangements will be made for easy access.



The Neighborhood:

“Please note: There is ongoing construction in the neighborhood. While this is outside of our control, we want to be transparent so you’re aware that there may be some daytime noise during your stay. We have adjusted the rates accordingly.”



Other Things to Note:

Pack like you are going to a hotel. We provide everything else that you need. Approx 20 mins in taxi south of the PV airport. Houseman / cook/ maid on duty Monday through Saturday. (Off Sunday & Mexican Holidays.)

Chef will prepare a breakfast of your choosing (additional meals can be arranged for an extra charge per day) The only thing the guest pays for is the actual cost of food and we will take care of the shopping and preparation. Housemanager will help you with any needs. He will set up tours, do shopping, or make any necessary arrangements to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.
