Welcome to your private beach retreat inclusive of a HEATED POOL and SPA, outdoor kitchen, and a fully screened lanai where you will enjoy one of a kind outdoor living! Named after the playful dolphins adorning the the center of our custom pool, Blue Dolphin Dream is located within a quiet residential neighborhood, and walkable to the beautiful Clam Pass and Sea Gate beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
The open floor-plan offers a clean, spacious and airy atmosphere, allowing natural light to flood every corner. This home has been recently updated with all new beds, linens and furniture, including flat-screened smart TV’s in the indoor (85") and outdoor living rooms and the main bedroom. Guests can stream from their accounts onto the smart TVs and enjoy the Netflix provided. Bedside tables are equipped with chargers. Ceiling fans installed in the living room and bedrooms for your comfort.
The home is equipped with High Speed internet. A computer monitor, desk and keyboard is provided in the guest bedroom so you can plug into your laptop to keep up with the office while you are vacationing.
COFFEE BAR amenities include a drip coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a Keurig, and a Fellow electric tea kettle.
Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and coolers are provided.
Whether you're seeking sandy shores, exploring downtown Naples for shopping and dining, or hitting the greens for a round of golf, our prime location places all these attractions within easy reach. Prepare to embark on an unforgettable vacation, where pristine beaches, charming city life, and endless possibilities converge to create the perfect coastal getaway.

Property has a 6' deep swimming pool. Pool is not suitable for non-swimmers, infants or small children. There is no way to restrict children from entering pool. Swim at your own risk.
This property is protected with OUTSIDE security cameras to protect from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

We chose to purchase a home in this neighborhood for a variety of reasons, but first and foremost , this community is known for its quiet streets and friendly neighbors. Moreover, the proximity to beaches, shopping centers, and restaurants coupled with the ease of access to these amenities made this the perfect neighborhood for our family to enjoy all that Naples has to offer.
