During our final check prior to your arrival, we discovered a clogged toilet and rectified it. Part of your party arrived earlier before you did just as our staff was wrapping up the work. They were very kind to us and allowed our staff to clean up the bathroom. At no point in time was the party's check in time interrupted. We indeed tried to call you directly multiple times and did not get any response. Thank you for your feedback re: the lights, fans, etc. We ran through multiple checks before and after you left, and found that AC, lights, and fans were in working condition. Thank you again for alerting us to those potential issues.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We have a very thorough checklist prior to guests' arrival to ensure everything is in working order, and we wish you would have contacted us with questions and issues you encountered. Our team is usually super responsive and would have helped you locate the items you could not find (e.g. ironing board, blankets), fix the microwave, and/or deliver items that may have gone missing.

We are glad that you and your friends were able to celebrate at our house. We pride ourselves with providing a house of utmost cleanliness. We were transparent about the presence of some road noise at the outside balcony, which tapered away in the evening and minimized/insulated inside the house, allowing our guests to enjoy the house for the view and tranquility inside. The outside patio furniture was wet and perhaps had some bugs due to the rain the late afternoon you checked in, we offered to send someone out the next morning to dry and brush, which you declined. We did not receive any call about the non-functioning faucet, however, upon reading the review, we re- validated that all faucets were working fine. The den and living room are well lit with dimmable lights. The master bedroom has an abundance of storage, with two closets (one being a walk-in) with shelves, along with a credenza/dresser in the room itself. Thank you for your visit.
