The Former Duplex is Now Connected by an Interior Door Giving the Entire Group Access to 2 New Kitchens, 2 Family Rooms, 2 Laundry Areas & 4 Beautifully Tiled Bathrooms! Walking Distance to Bars, Restaurants & Shopping. Large Pier W/Room to Dock a Boat!

The property has ample seating areas. On the exterior we have a custom tiled outdoor bar for entertaining. In addition, lounge chairs and multiple seating areas surround the pool. There is a large dock that can be used for fishing or sitting to watch the sunset. Several portable chairs to take to the pier area.

On the interior, there is a large island with seating for 6 and another peninsula with seating for 4. In addition, there is a dining table overlooking the pool. There are two family rooms each with 65-inch smart TV's. One family room has a queen sofa bed, and the other has a large sectional. The family rooms are connected by a door that makes the former duplex into one great vacation space. The property also has two laundry areas and multiple refrigerators.

Outdoor, the lot is over 13,000 sq feet. It is surrounded by tons of palm trees. There are also grassy areas on the sides and front of the house if you want to play catch. The pier overlooks a wide canal looking at beautiful homes. If you bring your boat, we have room to tie it up at no additional charge. There is one bridge that registers an 8ft 6" clearance at high tide. It is approximately 10 minutes to the river by boat. The large, heated pool is covered by a screen enclosure. The pool is 32 x 14.6 and has seating areas within. The pool is 6ft deep in the middle and heated to 85 degrees during the winter months! If you would like it heated to a higher temperature you can contact us regarding additional pricing.

The location is second to none. There are bars and restaurants all within a 10–15-minute walk from the house. Located in downtown Cape Coral. 9 Minute Drive to Fort Myers. 10 Minute Walk to Bars & Restaurants. Walk To Saturday Morning Flea Market! 30 Minutes to RSW Airport.

There is ample boat docking along the extended dock. The boat lift is NOT part of the rental as it is used for owner's boat storage. In addition, one motor vehicle is left on-site by the owners. However, parking is never a problem in our extra-long driveway which holds up to 5 additional cars.

Amazing experience!

I'm going to try my best to cover everything but that's going to be hard! This rental is the best we've ever stayed in. To begin we were surprised with a wonderful welcome gift including too many items to list. How fun! The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and spacious inside and out. Everything we needed was provided and more. Soaps, shampoos, lotions hair dryers in all the baths. Laundry supplies, trash bags , dish soap, k cups, oils spices ...the list goes on. Everyone complimented the comfy beds! Outside ( where we spent a big part of our time) the pool was perfectly heated with plenty of floats + lots seating under the covered patio perfect evening relaxation. For our day at the beach beach bags, towels and beach chairs we're there for our use. There wasn't anything that we needed or wanted. Communication with Lisa was clear, and she reached out often. I would highly recommend this property for any type of get together and hope to be able to return next year.

We are Marylanders that love to travel and rehab houses. After owning several rental properties in our home state, we decided to put down some roots in Florida. You will notice that every bedroom has it's own theme: Seahorses, Fish, Palm Trees, and Sharks. Every bathroom has different tile on the walls and décor. This is because we really enjoyed creating a property that was the opposite of cookie cutter. We wanted to make this our dream vacation home and we hope it will be yours as well.

When searching for a vacation home we had two priorities. #1 was waterfront living with quick river access. #2 was walking distance to tons of restaurants, shopping and bars. We accomplished our goal. You will love this location!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is unique because the former duplex has been made into one large unit but we still maintained the dual amenities that make the home great for a large group. The property allows everyone to spend quality time together while still having personal space. There is a huge outdoor area including multiple seating sets and a large custom pool bar. In addition, the home has TWO family rooms, one large modern kitchen area as well as a kitchenette. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms you can't find a better place to vacation.
