Located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, MD, on the bay side. 5 minute walk from the beach & boardwalk! Cross 2 streets to get to the beach & boardwalk.
Multiple beds to comfortably sleep 7 people total. Fully stocked kitchen. TV & Cable & Internet access. Each apartment has 2 covered porches, perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & enjoy the warm summer sun! Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk (5 minutes). Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the unit! Located on 10th street on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway!
Cleaning fee includes the linen fee. Sheets are provided for all the beds, as well as towels for all 7 guests.
Must be 18 or older to book the property.
Each apartment has access to one parking spot. All other vehicles will have to do free street parking. There is plenty of free street parking along St Louis Ave, or any of the side streets beside the house.
This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities! Park your car for the week, and walk, bike, or bus ride to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc.
This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Linens for all beds & 7 sets of towels are included in your stay. We provide the sheets & towels, but do not make the beds. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one trash bag liner is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am. Guests will receive an email with more check in information after their confirmed booking.

Right across the street is Pickles Pub, 8th street Liquors, Pizza Mambo. Once on the boardwalk you’ve got Thrashers French Fries, Shotti’s Point, Sweet Frog, Hammerheads Bar & Grill, The kite Loft, Malibu’s Surf Shop, Coffee Beanery, Hooters, Subway, & so much more! All within walking distance from the apartment. Shopping Outlets are a short ride across the bridge as well as Assateague Island. Within walking distance there is also a free fishing pier on the bayside! Great views of the sunset over the bay!
We require guests, after booking, to complete & sign a rental agreement. The rental agreement is legally enforceable and includes all the specific terms and conditions laid down by the owner. It aims to offer protection to the property owner and specify the role and responsibilities of both the guests and the hosts. All the rules and regulations that ought to be followed by the guests during the period of their stay are mentioned in the agreement. Along with this, all the essentials provided by the owner are neatly listed in the agreement. Guests just simply complete, sign & date the agreement, as well as list all the individuals full names that will be staying in the property.
