Harbour Island 301L - A little slice of Heaven right on the Open Bay in Ocean City, MD! This Classic Condo with New Flooring and spectacular Views sits directly on the Bay and 14th Street in the Home of the White Marlin Open. This home comfortably sleeps a family of 8 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths.. *This home is Only available Saturday to Saturday in season*
As you enter Harbour Island 301L, you will instantly fall in love with the Open Floor Plan, and then immediately be swept away by the Spectacular open Bay Views - WOW! You’ll wander through the entryway and enter the wide Open Living Area. Adorned in a lovely Sky Blue, with cozy Furnishings, the Living Room and Dining Area are the perfect places for the family to gather and relax after a day of fun in the Sun. Enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi, and maybe even family movie or game night! The Kitchen offers plenty of counter space, and all the comforts of home right at your fingertips. So, whether it’s a quick bite before hitting the Beach or preparing a nice family meal in, preparing meals in this Kitchen - with this View - is anything but a chore! There is also plenty of seating to dine in the AC.
Just off the Living Room is the Primary Suite - with a Plush Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Balcony access, this is nothing short of a Luxury Retreat! The Master Bath offers a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 is another quiet escape with 2 Full Beds, as well as a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 offers another Full Bed and a Private Balcony overlooking the Open Bay. This is the perfect place to wind down another fabulous vacation day with a glass of wine and an Amazing Sunset.
Back out in the common area there is a Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer for your convenience as well as the Shared Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. Harbour Island 301L allows 2 Parking Permits for the parking lot found directly in front of the Building.
