Just a few steps to stairs to ocean! Gated. The Sanctuary at South Sierra

Beautiful, well-provisioned 2-story condo. Two bedroom, 2 baths on ground floor, along with full-sized LG washer & dryer. Upstairs is full of light with open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceiling, living room, dining room, fully provisioned kitchen, balcony (with futon) and large high-end BBQ grill. Office and half bath upstairs. Kitchen is well-provisioned with everything you need!!


Ceiling fans in every room. Entire condo has been beautifully updated. Stone shower in master with lots of pressure from the shower-head, bathtub in second bathroom, amazing porch and balcony to listen to the tranquil ocean, gas fireplace with blower, granite countertops in kitchen, heat in every room.


Feel the ocean breeze while being only 68 steps from the securely gated side entry to the stairs, leading down to the ocean.


Black-out curtains in master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the patio. Blinds in both rooms. Beautiful art throughout.


TVs have TONS of channels and apps, including: Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, ESPN, HBO, STARZ, Movie Channels, Encore, Showtime, Cinemax and more!


Complex has pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts. Within a quarter mile and easy walking to the best restaurants in town; Cedros Art District; the farmers market on Sunday; the world famous Belly Up performance bar; spas, massage, wine, bars, health, clubs, bike rentals, CVS, drugstore, the Horse track/Fairgrounds and much much more.


We do our best to recycle. Separate bins provided.
All of California is under water restrictions so please be mindful of running water.


No smoking cigarettes/cigars on property (inside or out).
No parties unless approved by host.
Any poop left on patio will add an additional $50 fee.
RING cameras are on the outside of the home for everyone’s protection.

Terrific condo in great location

Great corner unit condo in a wonderful location just steps to the beach. Appreciated it being pet friendly. Lots of places to walk our miniature dachshund plus close to the dog beach. Washer dryer was also great to have plus a very well stocked kitchen. Also loved that it had underground parking.

My family and I had the chance to enjoy a wonderful stay in Solano at this condo. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach just a short walk away as well as time in the pool and hot tub. The condo was comfortable and we loved being able to come back and cook and relax. We would recommend it to others coming to the area!

Very Nice Stay at the Beach

We had a lovely vacation at the Sanctuary. Very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Solana Beach and convenient to San Diego. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. It is also quiet and private. There are stairs up to the kitchen and dining room so renters should keep that in mind. We had a wonderful stay!

We went for a short family trip to the beach and it was everything we looked for. Easy to walk to the beach, easy to walk to town, easy to get local coffee (try Achilles - a 6 minute walk away). If we were going to Solana again, this is where we would stay - no, looking for other spots.

Comfortable beach apartment

Great solana beach location. Updated interiors, very clean, and nice art on the walls. Elana and Vanessa were responsive and friendly. Our family of four with two young kids was very comfortable. Would rent again.Note, you cannot get your car anywhere near the front door to the condo. Anything or anyone you bring inside needs to be carried in from an underground garage. This was no problem for our party but groups with mobility issues should consider.

Great location!

Overall, this was a great home to stay at and we would definitely stay there again. Location is great and there was ample room for a family of 4 plus our dog. And that was the added bonus that they allowed pets. Only critique that I would have but it would not stop us from staying here again is that there were a lot of personal stuff in the house. Some of which are very cool but could be valuable and breakable. But again, this would not stop us from staying here again. Another big plus was communication with the property manager. They sent out the welcome package a week or so in advance to give us time to review everything rather than getting it at time of arrival. They were easy to communicate with and were on top of things.

Your host is the wonderful Property Management Company of Beachy Keen Rentals & Realty who manages vacation, short-term and long-term rentals. The owner of the condo loves his home and it sure shows, throughout. Best part he loves is the 68-steps to the stairs to the ocean and the wonderful sounds of the ocean, particularly at night, and sleeping out on his futon on the balcony, where he added sun shades for privay

Seascape Sur community overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is right down the street from the famous Del Mar Dog Beach --let your dogs run on the beach off leash (except June 16- Labor Day). You can walk to almost everything you need and want! Easy walk to restaurants, bars, entertainment, exercise, luxury, shopping and more. Very easy and quick access to I-5 freeway and shopping centers, too.

Our condo is an end unit which makes it even more private. It's on the edge of the complex so you don't have to carry groceries and bags too far in. Underground parking garage. Gated community. Dogs welcome!! The home is beautiful and comfortable!
