following are strict rules:

- NO late night noise outside. Quiet Hours strictly enforced (10pm to 8am)

- NO smoking of any kind (inside & outside)

- Noise & smoke is monitored and are strictly enforced. No exceptions. Violation will be subject to fines

that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

- 4 night minimum only.

- 3rd bedroom is office with sleeper sofa.

- Neighbor is very sensitive to shared parking area so only 1 car is allowed to be parked in very specific

area. Free street parking is available as well.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional

agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
