Beautiful single story Unit facing north toward the Harbor and Ocean beach in gorgeous North Coast Village. Views from the patio with full kitchen and updated bathroom. Gorgeous ocean breeze but no air conditioning. Lush landscape with Koi ponds, waterfalls and streams. Large pool and spa for your use that are heated year round. Putting green, direct beach access and a few minute walk to the beach, pier or harbor. Walk to restaurants, bars and harbor. Unit has beach chairs, boogie boards linens and beach towels. Attractions nearby include: Legoland, Flower Farms in Carlsbad, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. Over 50 wineries and great Old Town area in nearby Temecula. Great central location! Come to explore Southern California, or relax at the beach. Very walkable city.

We loved the location of this condo. The room was spacious enough for my family's needs. We appreciated the wagon to haul the beach gear to and from the beach. We brought our own tower fan since there is no a/c and I like to sleep cold. We were comfortable both day and night.

Host seemed very nice and responsive. The room was ok but the chair covers needed cleaning. When I reported them, someone came and cleaned them very quickly. The bigger issue for us was the musty/mildewy smell coming from the dresser in the bedroom, it should be replaced. Very hard to sleep in that room, woth the oder, took for ever to figure it out. The living room wooden table has the same issue, but not as bad. The office staff was nice.

Our second summer staying at this unit for vacation and we loved it. The host is easy to communicate with and quickly addressed a non urgent issue that popped up. Location is perfect and the property is very nice

We really enjoyed the stay. The unit was very clean. Great view from balcony. Plenty of space for family of 4. Had pretty much everything you need. Tv channels and wifi were great. Also walking distance to beach. Would highly reccomend staying in this unit.

Surf and smile

The property was better than I expected. Close and convient to the beach and other ameniies. The only difficulty was with the inconvience of extra parking..very frustrating.

Very lovely

We enjoyed our stay. Weather was so nice. Avg temp 70 degrees. Pool was nice, hot tub was great. Only thing we didnt like was having to pay for laundry. Trust me that is not a deal breaker here. We were able to walk down to the pier and enjoyed the local marketplace on thursday. And its right next to the Top Gun House. We walked everywhere and had so much fun.

Beautiful!!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well maintained, and extremely well stocked place on the beach! Seriously the kitchen has everything you might need and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. Located within walking distance of the pier and near all the shops and restaurants. The property grounds and unit are very clean and extremely well maintained. You have access to a well equipped gym with a sauna and a whirlpool as well as the outdoor pool. Check-in and check out was very easy. We loved having a gated covered parking spot very close to the unit. The host is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation

Wonderful stay at the property. Check-in was seamless and the suite was clean and welcoming. The only constructive feedback is in regards to the pull-out couch bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, even when the mattress was taken off the frame (which had to be done as there was no way one could sleep on it otherwise) . Once the mattress was placed on the floor for additional support, it was still very uncomfortable due to the quality of the mattress. Unfortunate as the stay otherwise, and the main bed, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this accommodation (if you do not need to utilize the pull-out)

Relaxing spring break

Property was beautiful. Bed was comfy! Kitchen had everything I needed. Great location, close to beach and harbor. Plenty of sight seeing to do in the area. Great restaurants near by too!

Not Clean

We have stayed in several units at this location and this was the least clean of all. While the surfaces appeared clean there was a great deal of hair, dirt, dust and ants all throughout the unit. It needed a very good deep cleaning.

Very comfortable stay

We arrived to the unit after 5pm so we had to check in with the patrol office (different from the HOA office). This small office is beside the parking area on Pacific. Guard was friendly and got us checked in promptly. He asked for the unit number, my ID and name. The owner hadn't given me the unit number beforehand but he figured it out. It then took us a while to find the actual unit and figure out how the elevators work. Once you get to the F/G parking area, the unit is actually one floor down. The unit is very clean

Anniversary/Business Week

There was a rough start getting checked in. They had switched computers system. Which led to a few glitches. However, the owner was very kind and apologetic. She compensated us very well. Which was extremely appreciated. The property is quite large. It took us a while to get our bearings. The condo is small, but very comfortable. I did a lot of cooking while there, and I do wish the pots and pans were better. Again, the host couldn’t have been kinder and we enjoyed our stay there
