Wonderful home for family vacation

Home had a lovely view and everything we needed for our vacation. Very clean and modern. Description is accurate. Our teens enjoyed as a base for our vacation adventures.

Overall this was a great house. It was clean, stunning views, and very comfortable beds/furniture. The only thing that wasn't ideal for us was the long steep gravel driveway. We came for the rally so riding up and down it was not ideal on motorcycles but this was the only negative.

Summer vacation

Our first time to South Dakota, we wanted to be able to drive to the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, etc and take in all the sites. The home is so very clean (and I'm pretty picky), in a perfect location and extremely relaxing after a busy day. So close to town, but you would never know once you are there. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely like to stay here again!

Great Retreat for the whole Family!

It was a great place to getaway with our toddler and newborn! The views were amazing and we were able to really enjoy the evenings at the property. We cooked dinner a few nights and used the grill which was great! Everything was very clean and comfortable as well.

Wonderful Picturesque Property

The four of us had an amazing stay. The home was homey, but had plenty of space and views that could have been paintings hung on the wall. The deck is amazing, and so is every room in the house. We hope to come back again.

Hill City Bucket List

This property was exactly what it said! Beautiful inside and out and the views were spectacular. It was so quiet you could hear the breeze through the trees. Gorgeous! It was walkable to the town of Hill City and easily accessible to multiple parks and motorcycle rides. The property owner and management did a great job in communication.We had motorcycles and were able to access the house, even though the driveway was fairly steep and gravel. We did not have a problem at all going up or down. Just go slow. It was great having the large garage as it was raining and cold the day we arrived and were able to pull right in to a dry area. I’d recommend this home to anyone wanting a peaceful and beautiful stay. Great Find!!!

Perfect Black Hills Getaway

The property in Hill City is an easy drive to all that the Black Hills can offer. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very Clean, comfortable, open concept house nestled in the Pines. Very quiet and yet minutes away from the center of Hill City. You can hear the wind blowing in the trees. Property owner was very helpful and available to answer any questions. They provided a gift card to a local Steakhouse, as well. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view.

We were in the area for a family wedding. The home is conveniently located to area attractions and parks and is on a quiet hill with a beautiful view. It is furnished nicely and the kitchen is well equipped. I would suggest adding a teakettle and wine glasses. We appreciated the air conditioning units in the main floor great room and bedroom, but the two upstairs bedrooms don't have AC and only one fan so were quite hot. (90+degrees when we stayed). We enjoyed the deck in the mornings and evenings and would stay here again.

Perfect Summer Vaca

My husband and I took our 4 grown children on vacation and absolutely loved the property. It felt like home. Everyone had plenty of space and the openness allowed us to be together while doing many different things. Morning on the deck was a favorite way to start the day. The view is beautiful. It’s also in the best location. Hill City is charming and there is lots to do close by. We hiked, kayaked, visited Mount Rushmore and Crazy horse in the evening for the light shows, and finished our week with mini golf in Custer with lunch and shopping. Will definitely keep this on our list to come back to. Thanks for a great week!
