Bring your whole crew to this cozy retreat with lots of room & plenty of activities! Gather around the fire after playing ball in the expansive backyard. Enjoy some tasty BBQ. Whip up a quick snack or fantastic feast in the fully equipped kitchen. Play pool & test out your board game skills in the hangout room. Sink into the memory foam mattress with crisp and soft sheets. Enjoy the beach within a short drive. Go wine tasting with friends at the Cape May winery or maybe even horseback riding!

The Space:
We would like to welcome you to “Harmony House “in North Cape May, NJ! Read on below to get a configuration of our space.

ROOMS: This is a split-level house with three bedrooms in the upper half and one large bedroom in the lower half. The three bedrooms upstairs all have queen size beds and closets. One room comes equipped with a changing table and a pack and play inside the closet. You are responsible for assembling the pack and play. The fourth bedroom has two single beds in the lower half of the house. You can read more in the description below.

BASEMENT/GAME ROOM: The fourth and largest room in the lower half of the house has its own lock. So, it is a private room with an en suite bathroom. It also includes the game room with foosball table, other board games and TV. It is a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc through your own log in information. The foosball table is versatile 10-in-1 table: Interchangeable tabletop lets you play slide hockey, foosball, billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, and backgammon (Billiards and table tennis are not regulation size). The accessories for the some of the games can be found in the basket on the windowsill next to the table. There are two additional sleeping quarters next to the fireplace in the basement. This room does not have a closet. However we have provided shelf with hangers for your convenience.

STUDY: The basement also includes a study table and chair should there be a need to work remotely.

BATHROOMS: There are two full baths; one on the upper level and another in the lower level/basement. The upper bath has a tub and built-in shower. The lower bath has a stand-up shower and laundry room included. Both bathrooms have toilets. You will also find extra towels (white) and beach towels (blue) on the shelves above the laundry countertop in the lower level bathroom.

LIVING ROOM: Has a couch and two chairs. We also have an ottoman by the side and two poufs for additional seating. There is also reading material and a tv in the living room. It is a smart TV so you can access Netflix, Amazon, etc through your own log in information.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen comes fully stocked with plates, cups, mugs, coffee-maker and a French press. Please enjoy some complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate. You will also find cookware and cooking utensils. We have provided child friendly cups and plates as well inside the cabinets. The island comes with two bar stools and there is a breakfast nook right off the kitchen for you to enjoy some morning meals.

DINING ROOM: We have a six-person dining table; four chairs and a bench. For those coming with infants and toddlers, you will find a baby feeding chair with a tray by the corner. For additional seating you may use the breakfast nook adjacent to the dining room. The dining room leads out to the patio.

PATIO: We hope you get the chance to enjoy our patio which leads out to the backyard. There is outdoor seating provided next to the grill. Please refer to the House Manual on instructions to use the grill.

FIRE PIT: Our newly installed fire pit comes with four Adirondack chairs. Additional chairs can be found inside the gazebo.

GAZEBO: Our summer hut includes four beach chairs and an umbrella. Please ensure that they are placed back in the gazebo prior to your departure. There is a $250 fee per item for any missing items.

SIDE ENTRANCE: There is a side entrance to the left of the house which leads straight into the backyard which you will have access to as well. You can enter the house from the dining room through the backyard.

Guest Access:
Can access all parts of the house except for the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful neighborhood with well-maintained streets and houses.

Getting Around:
You can get around via car or bicycle

Other Things to Note:
There are two flights of stairs, and the house is not childproof.
