Blissful Days - Lakefront - TLUXP

IMPORTANT: The renter must sign a TLUXP Rental Agreement and speak to a TLUXP agent within 48 hours of booking for their reservation to be confirmed.

A 3.8% credit card fee will be added to the total amount due, (excluding the service fee charged by Vrbo), if a credit card is used for payment with TLUXP. This is not reflected in the quote by Vrbo.

REQUIRED COUNTY STR PERMIT INFORMATION:
Placer County | STR22-4853 | Max Occupancy is 10 | 4 Parking Spaces. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage at all times.

County Rules
Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below, also included in your signed in the Vacation Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.

Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use must be turned off to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.

Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

Winter Driving
Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Make sure the chains are the proper size for your tires and are in working order. You may find valuable winter driving tips from the CHP website.

Summer Patio Furniture
Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.

Be Bear Aware
Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and garbage. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Please take a moment to learn how to be Bear Aware, so that we can continue to live in harmony with our wildlife.

Office Holiday Hours
The TLUXP office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

The great room encompasses a large living area, anchored by a stone fireplace. The beautiful bedrooms each have a private bath, designed for comfort and privacy. The kitchen, with upscale appliances, and the adjoining dining area are perfectly situated to enjoy casual living with elegant views of Lake Tahoe.

Step outside from the living area onto a large flagstone veranda for outdoor dining and lounging. Beyond the veranda is a level, grass area where you can relax and enjoy Lake Tahoe under the stars. Bring a putter and sink golf balls to your heart's content on the miniature putting green. A quaint gate opens to the beach and offers immediate access to Big Blue in all of her glory. This is truly a wonderful vacation home to enjoy your visit to Lake Tahoe getaway and the blissful days that await you.

One buoy is available for guest use upon advanced request with a signed buoy addendum. A dinghy is available for guest use to access the buoy.
Important Note: The Beach in Front of Blissful Days is a Shared Public Access Beach with Easement Access Walkway From the Main Road to the Beach. The locked pier in front of the home has a gate and is NOT available for TLUXP guest use. The neighbor will consider entry to be trespassing.

TLUXP is a professional management company with 25 local employees in Tahoe City, CA. We are available 24/7, excluding the mentioned holidays, to answer any questions and address any possible issues. We look forward to hosting you!

A beautiful, large home in Homewood steps away from Lake Tahoe. The house is lovely for a family or group needing four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The lawn area leading to the lake is wonderful. There is parking for four cars, which is essential. The staff at Tahoe Luxury Properties is very helpful and responsive. Enjoy!
