If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer plenty of free parking spots.

A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests before their stay. It includes check-in/out details, driving directions, a detailed cabin manual, area restaurants & recommendations, and more!

No smoking, no parties; please respect our home, neighbors, and surrounding property. No marijuana on the property. If you’re booking this home for a party, this isn’t the right home for you.

The maximum number of guests is 10. No outside guests are allowed during the entirety of your stay. Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Your rate includes a $90 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee, which is required for all reservations. The damage waiver covers up to $500.00 of accidental damage. These damages must be disclosed to Valerie McFarland before or upon check-out of your stay. Damages deemed intentional, negligent, or pet damage will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the guest's sole responsibility.
