Newly remodeled Only 22 miles from the Ark Encounter! Features Family room, 3 Bedrooms, Game Room with Skeeball and Foosball. Additional downstairs TV room features a 70" TV. Gazebo out back on a concrete patio. Access to the Licking River with a picnic table and grill. Fire pit is also located in the back. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen sized beds. The bedroom downstairs has bunk beds with queen on the bottom. Up to 12 people on each side of the duplex. You are leasing one side of a duplex.

We stayed here for the first round of the state golf tournament. It was two minutes from the course. The duplex was newly updated and very clean. We grabbed pizza at the Pig Pizza up the street which was excellent. I would highly recommend this vrbo for families looking for a getaway to a peaceful little part of KY.

Good option

We had 9 people of various ages stay and it was comfortable for all of us. The AC was amazing, in July a must. The house was clean enough but not amazing, however the updates were nice. My biggest complaint was the comfort of the beds, they were very hard and the pull out bed did not have sheets. The distance to the Arc Experience was perfect and there was a great coffee shop just up the road along with a yummy pizza place. Overall a nice stay.

Perfectly Peaceful!

The property had plenty of room, was very clean and property manager was amazing to work with! One of the families staying with us left a load of laundry in the dryer and property manager said she would mail it to us - still waiting on that, but I'm sure she will as communications have been wonderful. Perfect location when visiting the creation museum and ark encounters!

High family stay

The property was very nice. It filled our needs. A few more kitchen basics would have been nice. There was no foil or plastic wrap. Also, a few larger prep bowls and glass baking dishes would have been nice.

Lovely stay!

Lovely family vacation to the ARK Encounter (15 in family- we rented both sides of duplex) We were quite comfortable and the indoor & outdoor spaces were stupendous!! Fire ring fascinated the boys, as well as the game rooms. Great host! Very responsive! Parking spaces were plentiful and the market down the street was convenient.

Perfect for a quiet retreat

A half an hour from the Ark Encounter. This is a beautiful place to stay. Looks just like it's pics. Very clean and quiet. We'll be back!

A Great House

Great stay

Definitely will booked that again. Great location. Easy to check into. Place was clean. The game room and bunkroom where down stairs with another half bath and tv room. Couch in living room was better to sleep on not made into bed. More comfortable that way. Loved the stove and fridge. Bathrooms where nice. Loved the stand up shower. Host responded in timely manner to questions. Nice towels, the soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner where nice products. Smells very good. Landscaping was nice.

Clean and Beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay in Butler, KY. The duplex was clean and just what we needed for my wife and I and our two young boys (10 & 8). We enjoyed playing foosball and ski ball in the basement. The duplex is a 30 minute scenic drive to the Ark Encounter. On our last night, we ate supper at Pig Out Pizza, which is a small mom and pop pizza place less than half a mile down the road. It has a playground as well as an antique shop on the premises. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

October getaway

Both sides of the duplex were rented and were beautiful. Had a total of 8 women. Especially enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard fire pit. We roasted hot dogs and made s’mores. Our visit was to the Arc Adventure and the Creation museum. All in reasonable driving distances.

Ark Envounter stay

Best Vrbo we’ve had. Nice modern facility. Clean as a pin. Very comfortable. Great place to stay. Next time we’re in this are, we will book this home.

Great property

Very clean. Nice outdoor areas. Property manager responded to emails quickly. Nice little game area. I would definitely stay at this location again if I return to the area.
