Welcome to the Ranch by the Bay, a newly renovated vacation rental just steps to the Lake Geneva shoreline. This home offers everything you need for an amazing stay year-round.

ACCOMODATION DETAILS
The main floor features a recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a bistro table for 2.

Open concept design, and a dining area for 10 make this perfect for families and larger groups. The game table in the living area provides seating for 4 more. A half bath is also near the living area on this level.

There are two primary rooms with queen beds and a walk out, Juliette balcony perfect for taking in the lake view with your coffee. Both bedrooms have a flat screen tv.

The third bedroom on this level has 2 twin beds. There is a shared full bathroom near the bedrooms.

The lower level features a sectional sofa for viewing the 75 inch tv, built in bunks sleeping 4 (adult sized), air hockey table, full bath and laundry for guest use. There are a variety of games and puzzles for every member of the family.

Premium towels and bedding are provided for your use, and are professionally laundered prior to your arrival.

Plan to enjoy the outside area with a 7 person hot tub, full-size gas grill, and a gas fire pit with seating for 6. There are two adult size bicycles, 2 children's scooters, beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart.

Extras for young children include a foldable crib with mattress/sheets, a safety fence for the stairs, running double Bob stroller, wagon and booster chair.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Williams Bay is a perfect mix of a quiet lake town while still being close to all of the amenities you need. There is a selection of restaurants, gourmet market, salon and spa and ice cream shops within walking distance on the sidewalk.

The house is .7 miles from Williams Bay Beach where you can spend the day in the sand and take a dip in the lake from the swim platforms. On the way to the beach, there is a park with playset and swings.

The Shore Path around Lake Geneva offers you an up close view of historic estates and stunning homes as well as crystal blue waters. The path reaches up to almost 26 miles as it weaves in and out of wooded areas along the shoreline. The path has been preserved by early settlers who decreed that the “20 feet leading to the shoreline be preserved as public domain.” Property owners were responsible then - and still are today - for maintaining the path through each of their properties, which makes the trail uniquely different from one property to the next.

The house sits 500 ft from Pier 290, Lake Geneva’s only lakeside restaurant. It features a white, sandy beach to enjoy cocktails and live music and has family friendly dining both inside and out.

Less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva for more shops, dining and guided boat tours. Head to Fontana (7 min drive) to rent a boat for the day or golf at Geneva National.

On-site parking available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Street parking is accessible along Walworth Avenue.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
