THE SPACE -
You get the whole Apartment. It's small but done nicely, crown throughout. The Bedroom has a great closet and pocket doors to close off from the living area.
This is a small unit but you can't ask for a better location.
We don’t have a tv for guests because most use their own devices on our blazing-fast Fiber WiFi!
We updated the love-seat couch to a tan one that fits better so it looks different inside that way. We also Updated the bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet/mirror for a more updated look and more storage ability!
GUEST ACCESS -
You can access the private unit, and park in my parking spot (info will be sent after the confirmed booking and before your arrival) which you’ll learn more about along with the check instructions that’ll be sent.

HOUSE RULES -
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND WE HAVE A DEVICE INSTALLED THAT MEASURES THE DECIBEL LEVELS ANS SENDS ALERTS SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS.
2) OUR ONSITE/TRUSTED HOUSEKEEPER WILL BE CHECKING YOU IN AND GETTING YOU THE KEYS. Still, this is a self-check-in property and at times you may need to let yourself in. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Vrbo through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the Vrbo platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Vrbo host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
3) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is no smoking on the entire property even outside and around the building. This is not my rule but is the association's rule. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. We have a $200/day animal fee if we notice you have brought an animal. Also, while we recognize that we cannot prevent someone with a service animal from coming, please be sensitive and aware that the homeowners are EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO ALL PET DANDER SO IT WOULD BE GREAT TO have A PLACE WHERE THIS IS NIT THE CASE.
3.5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by Vrbo or the host if you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees if a court proceeding is needed.
4) Quiet Hours are after 10 pm and run until 7 am. Please be respectful of them as it is a neighborhood of families and long-term residents.
5) By booking this reservation you understand and agree that you are releasing the owner, the host, or any affiliated person(s) or entities from all liabilities resulting from your stay. You waive any rights to pursue any legal action or seek damages for personal injury or harm to you and all members of your group.
6) You agree to clean up after yourself reasonably and understand that our housekeeper domes turnovers and your fee doesn’t cover deep cleaning. Please wash your dishes before leaving as well.
7) We have exterior surveillance cameras to monitor who comes and goes and these cameras are to remain plugged in at all times. Disconnecting or covering the camera will result in your removal without a refund. - Occupancy Limits: We allow up to 2 Total Persons to occupy the unit at once MAX. If you book and then decide to alter the reservation later you may be subject to additional fees (such as additional guest fees). If you exceed the max occupancy you will be charged $50 per person (whether they stay the night or not) and we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property without refund as well (we need to follow the fire code rules) Do not open or attempt to open locked doors or cabinets. Please do not allow small children to access breakables.
8)Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
