Thanks for the feed back. We are disappointed with the rating as we pride ourselves on getting extremely high reviews. To address a few of your concerns, there are dressers in the closets in the rooms, but the mirrors are indeed only in the bathrooms and master bedroom (as indicated in our pictures). The bikes I indicated to you the day you booked were retired due to rust issues and removed from the description. You knew this within the cancellation period, and I don’t know if it’s fair to dock us on something you knew beforehand. If an extra towel or wash cloth was needed, all you had to do was ask for more. I would have had the property manager bring some more over. We try to keep count of towels based off guests, and not put out a lot of extras as they tend to get lost or accidentally taken. I double checked the BBQ, did not see any feces in it (maybe it was a typo and meant rust?). We try to keep it clean, but it accumulates rust every few days that has to be brushed off before grilling. The propane tank itself was empty, but we had a filled replacement on site if you had asked. In the future, we would love to have you back, and try to exceed your expectations, as we are known to get high reviews (this is the lowest we have ever gotten on any platform from any guest). We would have loved to have rectified most of these issues as well if communicated during the stay.
