About this space
Welcome to the brand new Rivers Edge Cabin just minutes from downtown Geneva. With a ten minute drive you'll find many great wineries, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. Find yourself relaxing in the screened in porch enjoying the private scape on the canal. Our 90 foot dock can accommodate multiple boats at no extra cost to you. A Perfect place to access Cayuga or Seneca Lake. We offer two kayaks, a firepit and dock chairs, also all included in the rental!
The space
Expect to find a clean and neat space to unwind on your vacation. The cabin is brand new creating a fresh comfortable space to enjoy. There are no shared spaces so you will have full access to the cabin and all of its amenities including parking spaces for your boats and vehicles.
Guest access
We offer self check in and will provide clear instructions to make it easy as possible upon arrival. We will be reachable through the VRBO app at anytime and encourage you to reach out with any questions to ensure you get the most out of your vacation hassle free. We grew up in the area and also love to share our favorite spots and recommendations around.

This was one of the best and cleanest places my husband and I have ever stayed. The pictures Mike has online, advertising this comfy cabin, are exactly what you get upon arrival. We have never stayed at an air B and B before because of the “unknown” I guess. We have always camped in cabins, camped with our own camper or rented hotels. This was one place we will return to AGAIN and AGAIN! The town is amazzzing. The location is BEAUTIFUL!! And the cabin is IMMACULATE!!! The bedding and towels smelled fresh and clean. The floors were polished and shining! The outside porch is beyond cozy and the kitchen has anything and everything you need for a weekend away! Mike, the host, is easy to get a hold of if there is a problem (but there won’t be, trust me) and his recommendations on dining and entertainment were spot on! To us, it was a home away from home and we will be returning.

I would consider this cabin a tiny home, with lots of room!! The cabin is beautiful, exceptionally clean and laid out perfectly! It's a wonderful space for solo travelers, families, friends get-together and couples! The kitchen was well-appointed with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, including storage containers, crockpot, and blender. It's a few minutes drive to several Wineries, Geneva, and Seneca Falls and is a perfect spot to just enjoy the canal view from the dock or screened porch. It was really beautiful, and Michael is a wonderful host! Highly recommend!!

The cabin was so well maintained. It looked brand new!! Still has the aroma of new wood. Every amenity was provided, including all S’mores fixings and plenty of wood for the fire pit. Exceptional attention to detail.

Enjoyed our stay, cabin was just as presented, new, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and a central location. The screened porch was a favorite spot to enjoy the water and nature. Beds comfortable and a nice bathroom and shower. Definitely recommend!!!

Well-appointed cabin- perfect for two!

This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend getaway.

Safe haven

This cabin is tucked away right on the Seneca River. We enjoyed kayaking every chance we got. Just a few minutes from amazing restaurants. Will be returning

A relaxation stay!

Was a wonderful weekend stay! We floated in the river, had a campfire, went kayaking, and fished! Would recommend and we look forward to coming back! Went to ports cafe for dinner and it was amazing!!

Canal front cabin

Wonderful property on the canal. Short drive to downtown in either direction. Close to lakes, hiking, wineries. Good communication and prompt responses. Excellent suggestions for food and activities. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Best relaxing getaway

The cabin is nice cozy and clean has all the creature comforts you need a super awesome owner there is coffee stuff to make smores a screened in porch kayaks for use the dock right on the water fishing is fun bluegills gallore lol its quiet and cozy and near so many fun things to do the wife and i spent most of our time going to brewerys and winerys and did allot of cooking in using all the fresh ingrediatns available locally.

Great little oasis

Wonderful little place ! Cozy cabin with porch, dock on peaceful canal, and fire pit. Very comfortable and well tended. The road is a little busy, but the house is just far enough off of it to be quiet. Great location between Geneva attractions and scenic countryside.

Nice location

Overall very happy with the cabin. The cabin is perfect for 2 people but would be tight if you have a larger party. A few things that would help are tv dinner tray, foot rest, coffee table and a coat rack of some sort. Definitely recommend staying here.

Well hosted, cozy cabin on the water

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Really enjoyed kayaking, and having dinks on the porch. The host was excellent! Cabin was really clean, and they provided excellent recommendations+. Would recommend!

Relax and enjoy

We wanted to celebrate our anniversary just relaxing, and this was perfect. There was fishing and kayaking right out the back door, although getting in and out of the kayak was a bit tricky but manageable. The cabin looks exactly like the photos; it is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had toiletries in case you forget yours, with plenty of soft towels and wash cloths. The kitchen was also nicely supplied from coffee maker to pots and pans. The screen porch is just perfect, with comfortable chairs to sit and relax with the sun in the morning and moonlight in the evening, I loved listening to the nighttime sounds of the crickets and bull frogs. There are many wineries if that is for you. Samson State Park on Seneca lake has a military museum as well as a putt-putt to enjoy. Taughannock Falls State Park is only 35 minutes away if you want to hike the gorge trail and view the waterfalls. There was also the finger lakes cider house on the way where you can sample different ciders and get a bite to eat. All in all, we would recommend a stay at Rivers Edge.

Perfect family vacation!

Our week at the cabin was amazing! We arrived to a very clean cabin with complimentary wine and s'more treats and a whole list of personalized recommendations for the area. We loved that the cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and can't wait to visit again!
