Enjoyable, comfortable, just right

The location was convenient, the home was a joy to stay in.. right size, clean, well furnished, delightful and tasteful decorating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Great location!

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to historic District. Love the screen porch! Locking and unlocking the door was a challenge but we got the hang of it by the end of the week.

Cozy Downtown Cottage

This cute little house is located on a quiet street and is four blocks from the water. It is about a 10 minute walk to Main Street. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfy

Cute older home, beds were comfortable. Pans in kitchen were great. Could have used a few more/ better cooking utensils. Crockpot and blender would have been great to have. Great location to downtown Beaufort

The location was perfect. Very quiet. The house was very neat and clean upon arrival. Equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and the weather was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Area

Home is beautiful and spacious. We only stayed for a short time but enjoyed the location! Only a short walk to downtown and the Marina. Area was very quite but was close to anything you could want.

Great Location

Impeccably clean home, plenty of room for our family of 3 adults to relax with easy parking on lovely tree-lined street in a quiet historic neighborhood, close to Beaufort's marsh-lined coast, coffee shop, restaurants, and a nice old bookstore - walking (5-15 minutes) or driving (just 1-7 minutes).

Very nice house in a quiet area with good parking, about a twenty minute walk to everything we needed. Clean and well maintained. Loved the porches.

The prefect location

The house was in such a perfect location! We could walk or bike ride with our 6 yr old granddaughter just about everywhere. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Cottage

Great cottage that has all you need. Walking distance to downtown. Perfect place to relax with a front porch and a side screened in porch. We were surprised how big it was inside, but it uses every inch perfectly.

Great weekend stay

Home was clean, everything was as described. Plenty of space. Bonus was the Christmas parade passed by the front of the house so we could watch it from the porch! Only had street parking which was a bit of a concern as one night we had to park a little further away than we had anticipated.

Charming Perfection

The pictures don’t do this sweet cottage justice The decor is elegantly casual, the condition of everything is great, the kitchen has everything you could want, the beds are super comfy and the location is central while still being quiet

Perfect location for downtown and Spanish Moss Trail. Clean and set up for ease of use.

This home is the perfect set up for two couples. Roomy and clean, plus nice outdoor screened porch. We walked to the Shrimpfest, and also over to University Bikes for rentals to ride down to Port Royal and had lunch at the Fish Camp. Gorgeous wilderness park there too. Loved the home.

Fabulous!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Historic Beaufort. Spacious home with all necessities and then some! Very clean. Two porches (one screened in) that we enjoyed in the morning for breakfast and in the evening before calling it a day. Bathrooms very clean and well equipped! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Just lovely!!

Great House-Has everything you need

I stayed here for about two weeks. The house has everything you need. The appliances and kitchen accessories are top notch. The neighborhood is safe and close to a number of good restaurants. Only a ten minute drive to Paris Island. My work got extended a number of times and I was able to communicate with the property manager about altering my stay and she got back to me every time very fast. I highly recommend.

Beaufort Weekend

First, Beaufort is a wonderful place. We loved the peaceful slow pace and great food. The location of this house was okay, however, I am giving this a 3 rating. The front of the house, especially the front door were dirty- needed a really good scrubbing, but actually a fresh cost of paint was needed to make it more welcoming. At least it was clean inside. Another reason for the 3 rating is because the thermostat must’ve been on a timer and it kept going up to the mid and high 70’s after we would lower it. On a humid weekend it got uncomfortable at times, especially when sleeping. Will find another place for next trip.

I absolutely love living here, especially during the summer. There's nothing quite like a relaxing boat ride on the water, or the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning scenery. When I'm not out exploring, or shopping downtown, you can usually find me spending time with my two dogs, that I call children, Moose and Bean, or enjoying some quality time with my husband. I also love curling up with a good book and a refreshing iced coffee.
