🐾 Pet-Friendly
We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $150/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool, nor on the pool deck.
- There is a designated dog relief area out the front door to the left. Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.
- No feeding or water containers are permitted outside of units.
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.

🏊 ️ Resort Amenity Access Charge
- There is a $30 per-family charge for access to:
- 2 resort pools
- Private cabana beach entrance with restrooms
- Seasonal Beachfront tiki bar (food & drinks not included)
- This is a one-time charge paid directly to the beach attendant at the cabana area. Cards only—no cash accepted.
Note: This charge does not include beach chair rentals, food, or beverages.

🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

🏖️ Beach Gear Provided
Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.
