Sandy Toes is located in a private gated community, just off Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. This is a popular vacation area due to easy beach access and restaurants within walking distance. The community has a 3,000 sq ft community pool and a fitness center.

Upon entry into Sandy Toes, you are greeted by a nice foyer with stairs leading up to the second floor living area. This living area is an open concept design where everyone can gather around the 65" smart TV with DVD player & large collection of DVDs. There is a brand new sleeper sofa sofa to accommodate two guests. The bistro style dining area seats six. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and Silverstone countertops. A hallway half bathroom is located off this living area. A second floor balcony with seating for 4 is located overlooking the community.

A king bedroom suite can be found on the second floor. This large private bedroom features a 50" Smart TV with cable and private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower, and a double sink perfect sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate.

A new 2-player Cocktail Arcade Game System with 412 games including Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and Space Invaders provides fun for the entire family. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor. The first bedroom features a queen bed and 42" TV. This room shares a large bathroom with the bunk room, with two separate bunk sets with twin-over-twin beds and a 31" cable tv. There is also a king suite with 42" Smart TV, as well as its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

You can bask in the Florida sunshine and salt air on the balcony. A gated beach access nearby allows you to have your toes in the sand in just minutes. Tents and canopies are not allowed on this beach.

This home is pet-friendly, with a $300 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee that covers up to two adult, non-aggressive breeds, each weighing 25 pounds or less.

Seasonal beach service runs March 1st - October 31st and includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

The community pool is heated Thanksgiving Week, and then Christmas through Spring Break.

Free parking is provided for 2 vehicles. Golf Carts are not allowed in this community. The HOA provides extra parking spaces (when available) for vehicles at a cost of $10 per day for reservations made at least 2 weeks in advance (an additional $5 per day is charged as a late fee for reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance). Guests should reserve any extra parking spaces needed as soon as their booking is confirmed.
