Very clean, nice, great views of OCNJ even without a balcony, temp was easy to keep cool in the middle of a very hot summer week. Lots of stairs didn’t stop us from having any fun. Needed extra paper towels and toilet paper that weren’t supplied. Location and proximity to various things was unbeatable.

No Complaints!

Place was very clean and in a great location. I was slightly concerned it would be hot on the fourth floor but the air conditioning was great. The whole building is recently renovated. Appliances brand new, beds great and bathroom clean. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment. You won’t regret it.

Nice, but noisy

Overall, the apartment was as listed- clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Previous reviewers mentioned it was quiet, we did not have such luck. The neighbors below us had rowdy parties both nights, resulting in us having to call the police. Normally, I wouldn’t care about these things, but with a 3 year-old, and a 10-year-old, the kids needed to sleep. The other issue is there were many stairs, the first flight being steep and narrow. The kids were complaining a bit, and bringing in all the stuff from the beach wasn’t fun either. Just be mindful.

Perfect for a short stay

The property was clean, tastefully decorated and in a great location; close to beach and boardwalk. It was just what we needed for our two night stay. Might be trouble if you have difficulty on stairs; the unit is on the fourth floor and up MANY stairs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Lovely Apt Close to the beach and attractions

Our stay was great. We liked being close enough to walk everywhere without feeling like we were too close to the crowds. The apartment was big enough to not feel like your on top of each other - especially with small kids, but also provided the convenience of a home with full size fridge with ice and water dispenser and separate tvs to not be stuck watching kids stuff after the beach but before heading back out to the boardwalk.

Very clean bright apartment in a good location

The apartment was lovely and very clean. The location was good too lots of things were walkable. Bathroom could use some extra hooks to hang towels but thats an easy fix.

Great location!

We loved being so close to both the beach and the downtown area! Building was quiet even though there were other units with guests. And we loved the stylish decor-highly recommend!
