Casa moderna - Con vistas al Rosario Resort

¡Ubicación! ¡Ubicación! ¡Ubicación! Inmaculada casa con vistas al agua y al puerto deportivo en el corazón de la comunidad de Rosario Resort.
Esta casa de planta abierta se completó en septiembre de 2010 y tiene 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y un altillo.
Diseñado pensando en las familias, tiene una sala de literas y una mesa de ping pong. 2 de las habitaciones tienen camas KING y baño privado.

El nivel del suelo consta de una mesa de ping pong y área de lectura, un dormitorio en suite con cama King size y lavadora y secadora. 2 juegos de puertas francesas abiertas a una terraza con ducha al aire libre.
El nivel superior es el hogar de una gran sala de planta abierta moderna con enormes puertas plegables que se pueden abrir en el verano para traer el exterior, o acogerse a la gran chimenea de gas cuando hace frío afuera. También en el nivel superior se encuentra la moderna cocina totalmente equipada.
Hay otro dormitorio en suite con cama king size y un dormitorio para niños con 2 juegos de literas gemelas. La gran sala es vista por una gran área de loft que está equipada con TV / DVD y 2 camas de día. Un lugar perfecto para que los niños pasen el rato y vean películas.

Se proporcionan toallas de piscina si desea utilizar la piscina climatizada al aire libre en el complejo.

Rosario Resort se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la casa, donde se encuentra el puerto deportivo, la piscina al aire libre, la tienda de conveniencia y la cafetería. La mansión Moran está abierta para visitas a museos y una piscina cubierta y spa.

El parque estatal Moran y el lago Cascade están a 5 minutos y las tiendas y restaurantes de Eastsound están a solo 10 minutos.


Si no desea tomar el ferry, el hidroavión de Seattle aterriza en el puerto deportivo de Rosario, que está a poca distancia de la casa. Alternativamente, puede venir en barco y atracarlo en el puerto deportivo.

We arrived early to Orcas Island since we took an earlier ferry reservation. I messaged the host to see if we can check in early and immediately they responded with a yes! Check in was so easy. The property was well equipped and stocked with essential items for the bathrooms and the kitchen. It felt the host understood what needs may arise. The home is comfortable. Since we stayed in December, the heating was easily adjustable to comfort level. The beds were comfy as well. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table! We appreciated the Christmas tree they put up since we stayed during the holidays. The view was wonderful, we took family pictures at the patio overlooking the marina. The gas fireplace was a nice bonus which we enjoyed after a long hike at Moran State Park. We got groceries from Island Market which just about had everything we needed to prepare our home cooked meals. Even though Eastsound was a small town, our boys spent hours sight seeing and shopping at the different establishments. I recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying on Orcas Island.

This was our second stay at this property and we hope to return in the future. It's in a great location and has everything we need to cook, relax, chat and enjoy a few days on Orcas. The house is nice and tidy and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. We love being able to bring our four-legged furry family member too!

What a fabulous view and location! We enjoyed the huge living space, the deck, the fire pit and the ping pong table. The kitchen had everything! Our dog had the best time too!

The house is located just a stone throw from the Rosario Marina. The marina has a restaurant, a place to rent kayaks and go whale watching. There are some trails that will take you up to Moran State Park and Cascade Lake. The week after Labor Day was so quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect place for our family.

I absolutely love this house. The location is perfect, the house is amazing, and every time we come relaxing on the deck overlooking the bay is a must. This place has the perfect setup for families vacationing together. We will be back for sure.

Very well appointed home, perfect for our family trip of 5. House was well laid out with a nice loft. Beautiful streaming sunshine in the mornings from the great room and views of the bay off the deck. It was magical. Very happy with our stay! One thing that bothered everyone was how bright the bedrooms are at 6:15am. Really need curtains, so you at least have an option to sleep in. Steep driveway too. But you can’t have a view like that without a hill. We loved it and would stay again!

Wondeful Getaway

Spectacular view. The home was very clean and well equipped. The upper deck fully opened wich gave complete deck access. Sleeping areas on all three levels. Fire pit was easy to access down below. The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dog friendly

The house was exactly like the pictures, well appointed and best of all dog friendly. We rarely travel with our dogs so when we do, it’s great to stay in a place that is welcoming to them.

Beautiful Home

The house was as described. We enjoyed the large windows and deck that overlooked the resort. The beds were comfy and the extra thick towels were very much appreciated. The house had all the amenities that you could ask for and more! We liked being away from hustle of the town. We had deer on our property every morning. We would definitely return.

The stay is excellent. The view is great! Very accurate descriptions. Everything is well stocked and clearly labeled. Check-in and check-out process is easy and smoothly. Very easy communicate with the host Tracy. Highly recommend!!

Great Stay

The house met all of our needs for a multi-generational family stay. The location works well. The house is close to Moran State Park which we enjoyed. The house is clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Wonderful view from the deck. Nice to have access to the Rosario Resort family swimming pool although the pool water was too cold for swimming during our stay in late May. There was no Verizon cell service in the immediate area, but the house Wi-Fi worked well.

Beautiful inside and out

We are a family of 7 who stayed for a full week. Beautiful house, full stocked with everything you could need, and extremely clean. This is a well loved home. We played ping pong, roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked meals, and did laundry!Great location- took a whale watching tour right at the bay just a short walk to the dock. Also really quiet location nestled in the trees.If I had any suggestions for the owners it would be new mattresses. But would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful Location

Loved the house. Lots of room, comfy beds and sofa, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful deck. Pretty view. Very close to Rosario Resort which wasn’t opened when we were there. Close to Olga, Mt Constitution and Eastsound. The oven was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Gorgeous place to just hang out. There were only 2 of us and my small dog but it would be ideal for a family as there were 2 sets of bunk beds in one room, a fire pit for s’mores and a ping pong table. Went to several good restaurants in Eastsound and Buck bay. Best clams at the Buck Bay shellfish farm. If we stayed longer, we would have bought something from their fish market. Would have liked to stay longer. Enjoy your time here!

Family Spring Get A Way on Orcas Island

The property was amazing. We especially enjoyed relaxing together in the great room with the 4 wide patio door open to the deck. The view from the deck of the harbor was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 6 of us to gather and find our own area too. We enjoyed the firepit area as well.Questions were answered promptly by owners. Well stocked kitchen.Convenient to outdoor adventures and shopping.

Comfortable lodging with amazing view

My husband and I stayed with my parents in this wonderful place. Everything was comfortable, and spacious. In the mornings, we enjoyed sitting on the porch, drinking our coffee and taking in the water view. I would stay here again, as well as recommend to any friend or family member.

We fell in love with Orcas Island during a trip 20 years ago. 10 years ago we purchased the land on this amazing lot and set about building our dream vacation home. We wanted to build a house that our 4 children can grow up with and we can build wonderful memories in. One day we would like to retire here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This place allows our children to have some of the freedoms we experienced growing up. Exploring the resort, searching the beach for pirate treasure and swimming until your skin turns wrinkely. We love to feed the deer at the door step, walk around the marina and chat to the boaters, visit Cascade lake (5 min drive) and kayak, sunbath and swim. Kayak around the bay. Visit Eastsound. Hike the many trails around the island.
