For safety, the pool room is equipped with a pool alarm that detects when anything over 15 lbs enters the water before being disabled. Please note this is not a life-saving device and should not be relied upon to prevent drowning. Guests are responsible for disabling the alarm before use and resetting it afterward.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire property, including the outdoor spaces and pool. The front door features a smart lock for easy, keyless entry—perfect for families coming and going throughout the day. Maximum occupancy is eight guests.

★ Starter Supply ★
We provide a starter supply of essentials to make your arrival easy and stress-free. You’ll find coffee pods, creamers, tea, and sugar, plus dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, and q-tips for your convenience.

★ Water Smell ★
Because our cabin is on a well and septic system, you may occasionally notice a sulfur smell (similar to rotten eggs) when turning on the hot water. Simply run the faucet for a short time and the smell will disappear. This is a natural occurrence in mountain cabins and is not fully preventable.

★ Gear for the Littles ★
Traveling with little ones? Skip the extra packing! We partner with a local baby gear rental company that offers our guests a discount—making it simple to travel lighter while still having what you need.

★ Rental Agreement ★
A rental agreement will be sent upon booking and must be signed before access to the home is granted. If you’d like to review a copy prior to booking, just let us know.

★ 4-Wheel Drive ★
During winter weather (snow or ice), we recommend using a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The road leading to our cabin is short but somewhat steep—though less challenging than many in the Smokies. Please follow the clear directions provided before arrival, as online maps may route you to an alternate road that is extremely steep and difficult to navigate.

★ Bears ★
It’s always exciting to spot wildlife, but please remember to be bear aware. Keep doors locked and avoid leaving food or scented items in vehicles, as bears have been known to investigate. Note: we are not responsible for any damage caused by bears or other wildlife.

This is a home, not a hotel. Please respect and care for the space. If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to respond quickly, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
