This well appointed, single level, family home is perfect for your vacation get away. The city park is just a half block away for the kiddos and for the big kids the Seaside golf course is just a block away. The yard is a gardeners dream, the owners take great pride in providing their guests with a beautiful yard to relax in. Complete with a gas grill and a fire pit, spend your evenings grilling and sitting around the fire enjoying the flowers and gardens. Just 4 blocks from the Promenade, its an easy 4 minute walk to the beach.
Inside you have the best of everything. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip style coffee pot, Waffle iron. Pots, pans and bakeware to make gourmet meals and a blender for your favorite fruity cocktails.
A comfortable spacious living room with a large flat screen smart TV with cable and a DVD player and TV in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a Tub shower combo to soak in after a long day at the beach or nearby golf course, or to just relax and read a book. The owners even provide beach chairs and toys for your days at the beach.
MUST BE 25 TO RENT, NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. (FIREPLACE IS NOT PERMITTED FOR USE BY THE CITY)

Cute place at the coast. Well stocked and decorated so cute. Away from the Main Street of seaside so it was quiet and there is great food close by.

This was an excellent experience! The description of the property really didn't do it justice. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and a delight to return to each day. Thank you for an amazing stay. And thank you to the staff for extending our stay an extra day. It made a wonderful vacation an even greater experience.

The house is very clean and well furnished. It has a lovely back garden that we unfortunately didn’t get to use because it rained. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and shopping is nearby. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to have some coffee, tea, sugar, etc., available for guests. For the price you pay for the house, especially in the off season, guests would appreciate it. Every hotel provides them. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed our stay at the house. It met all of our needs. The home provided an abundance of kitchen cooking utensils, electronic, etc. The highlight of our trip was being able to enjoy enjoy family meals together and ending our evening around the fire pit.

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was cute and clean and in a nice location. The distance to beach was a pleasant 5–6-minute walk. The kids loved their bedrooms and they liked going out in the backyard to play (there were balls and other sports equipment to play with in the garage). The flowers were really pretty. Unfortunately, the oven didn't seem to bake properly. Also, the outlets in the master bedroom were not compatible with the surge protector that I have to use with my CPAP machine. The master bedroom also doesn't have a lock on the door--something for future guest to keep in mind.

the house was very cozy, warm and clean. we felt very comfortable in the living room and bedrooms. kitchen had everything we needed. we enjoyed terrific weather, walking and shopping. seemed quiet neighborhood, convenient for us. thanks. sorry we forgot to turn down the thermostat to 55.

Traveling up the 101 for a few days. Spent a couple of days here. House was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. . Beautiful back yard.

The walking distance to the beach was perfect, it was so nice to have all the beach accessories available at the house. Toys, chairs, mats, towels, kites, firewood…we didn’t have to bring any of that which was excellent because we had no more room in the car! The food recommendations were spot on and so helpful. Seaside offers lots of great entertainment for those traveling with kids and the kids weren’t board. That was lovely!The house was okay, lots of comfort touches available, you could have a nice fire in the back yard (we didn’t), the three bedrooms were nice sized, living space worked well overall. The kitchen was okay, the microwave was very low power, it took a long time to heat a cup of chai or anything else. It felt unorganized to me. Like, coffee mugs were located in two different places, cooking utensils in 3-4 different places. They were there, you just had to search for them.The vent in the hallway straight out from the kitchen towards the bedroom was very dirty. Heating vent, I think? The decor was beach themed and fun. The first bedroom was mine, the bed was very low to the ground and very soft (not my favorite), but the bedding, towels all linens were clean and in good condition The flowers were abundant and lovely. It was so nice to have a place to hose everything off when we returned from the beach! Our trip was very nearly perfect and I’m so glad we chose Seaside, it has everything you want when traveling with kids.

Seaside Girls Weekend

Perfect spot for our girls weekend. The entire house is decorated so cute! Each room with its own theme. The location was super easy to get to and just a short walk to the beach and the paved beach walk from the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a small group of friends (3-4) or a small family.

Exceptional property

The company was very responsive and cordial when communicating with us when booking. Upon arriving it was very clean and well equipped. They provided a lot of things that are not listed that made the stay very enjoyable. We will definitely rebook the next time we visit the area.

Seaside visit

The property was even better than I expected! It was clean and decorated so cutely. We greatly enjoyed the backyard firepit. We felt the property was within an easy walk of the ocean, and we walked on the prom and back to town several times. The kitchen was well equipped. I will certainly see if this house is available the next time we go to Seaside.

Everything's was clean, the owners who had stayed the night before obviously care for the place and keep it in great shape. The management was awesome and very kind. If they had a 6* id give it. Thankyou.
