Vacation Home on Paddock Lake. This house has recently been completely remodeled with the nicest finishes! There are three bedrooms total: two bedrooms on the upper level and one bunk-room on the lower lever. There are two bathrooms with nice large stand up showers. The house sleeps 20 maximum. Bedroom 1 on the upper level has a king bed. Bedroom 2 on the upper level has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 on the lower level is a bunk-room with 6 queen beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. There is a sleeper sofa in the three seasons room. There is a bathroom on each level. The fully stocked kitchen is full of high end appliances. There are a total of five tvs in the house. Most of the tvs have access to Spectrum TV. All of the tvs have streaming services. Includes all linens.

The three seasons room walks out to the upper deck. The upper deck features two grills, a smoker and a fireplace. The lower level walks out to a covered porch which has hanging chairs and a hot tub. Both decks look out to the beautiful channel and lake.

The house is right on the lake and a private pier. You're welcome to brink your boat and tie it up to our pier. The lake is a full recreational lake: water skiing, tubing, fishing and swimming. We have a private swimming area next to the pier. There is also a public beach and park near by. There is a large yard and a fire pit in the yard.

Other amenities also include two paddle boards, and two kayaks for your use. There is a large swim pad that can be put into the swim area for more fun! There are also various floats and life jackets for your use. There is an xbox in the lower level living room too.

The location is great. Lake Geneva is about 15-20 minute drive. Pleasant Prairie is about a 15 minute drive. Both locations have lots of shops and restaurants.
