STUNNING LAKEFRONT RETREAT! Beautiful Lake Antioch. Beautiful large kitchen / gathering area equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. Watch beautiful sunsets from your spacious 20×40 deck with luxurious resort style furniture. Enjoy the private beach area and pier, two Kayaks and a paddleboat. You'll have outstanding fishing and swimming. Walking distance to town and the best restaurants and bars, live music and concerts in the park. Winter months offer the best ice fishing around, snowmobiling, and Wilmot/Vail ski resort only 15 min drive. 4500 sq ft.
This home lacks for nothing. Six + seat lower level bar, (former bar from the world famous Cubby Bear in Chicago), full size Brunswick pool table, 50 inch TV, full size fridge, dishwasher, full bathroom and plenty of seating and gathering room.
The main floor boasts a wide open floor plan with a 55 inch TV, stone gas fireplace, plenty of seating, dining room that seats 8, large granite kitchen counters, and a wetbar. There's also a beautiful four season sun room with floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors that can be opened up to give the room an open porch feel. There's a giant foyer entrance, a powder room and a large mud room where shoes and coats and gear can be kept. There's also a spacious laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs are four roomy bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite has large windows with lake views, a stone gas fireplace, a 40 inch TV, and a large bathroom with double sinks and huge walk in shower! Two of the other three bedrooms have magnificent lake views. The third full bathroom has double sinks also.
The lower level has a beautiful bar that includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, sink and tons of bar space, counter space, cabinets and a great view of the lake. There's also a full size Brunswick pool table, Couches, 50'' TV, day bed that sleeps two and a full bath!
In the warmer months there is a pier on beautiful Lake Antioch with cozy adirondack chairs perfect for fishing, or enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine. The new firepit is great for evening gatherings.
The huge 20x40 deck has a spectacular view over the lake and is perfect for relaxing outside or even hosting a game of corn hole!

We designed this home and raised our children here. We love it. These days we spend a lot of time in Florida and that's why we put this home on VRBO. We think you'll love it. It's big and open and great for entertaining. You'll find that there are a lot of spots to relax. The area is packed with things to do. Many within walking distance. We hope you enjoy our home!

The beautiful view of the lake is only the beginning. There's so much to do including: A private beach and pier, two Kayaks, and a paddleboat. Outstanding fishing. Walking distance to town and the best restaurants and bars, live music and concerts in the park. Winter months offer the best ice fishing around along with snowmobiling, and Wilmot/Vail ski resort only a15 minute drive away. 4500 sq feet of living space. The path to the north of the house is about 50 feet long and there is tons of stuff within walking distance. There's a large liquor store, Walgreens, McDonald's, KFC, Taco Bell, Chinese food, Bars, Restaurants, Movie Theater, shopping, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts, and a park with a band shell.
There's tons more only a few minutes away including Walmart, boat rentals for the Chain of Lakes / Fox River and more. Drive four miles and take the ferry to Blarney Island - Key west of the Midwest! They have the best live bands along with food and drink and are open until 2am!
On Lake Antioch, (our lake), the fishing is excellent! The water by our beach is shallow and great for kids. Only electric motors are allowed. The deepest point in the lake is only twelve feet deep so we occasionally have lily pads and seaweed in the water.
There's tons more only a few minutes away including Walmart, boat rentals for the Chain of Lakes / Fox River and more. Drive four miles and take the ferry to Blarney Island - Key west of the Midwest! They have the best live bands along with food and drink and are open until 2am!
