Set on 7 sprawling acres surrounded by woodlands, the home has 3 BRs and 3.5 baths. Amenities include a swimming pool, firepit, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region. The quaint town of Grahamsville is minutes away. Bring the whole family to this escape with lots of room for fun!

The Space:
Spruce Haven blends the rustic vibes of the Catskill Mountains with the comforts of a recent renovation that includes all modern amenities.

The expansive grounds at Spruce Haven include wide open lawns punctuated by majestic, mature maples and lined with bucolic stone walls. Scott Brook runs along the property line, and is a delightful spot to sit and relax, enveloped by the calming sounds, while our younger guests love exploring this lengthy stretch. The heated pool (in season) and barbecue area are right next to the house.

The main floor includes an open concept living space, which flows from a modern, eat-in chef’s kitchen with lounge, to the separate dining area and then on to the living room. Connect to Sonos and play DJ while you freshen up your puzzle skills.

The first guest room is on the ground floor and is separated from the public rooms. The other two guest rooms are located upstairs past a second lounge area that’s flooded with natural light, and has an added seating area out on the balcony. All guest rooms are en suite with new or upgraded bathrooms, and there’s also a half bath on the ground floor.

For rainy day entertainment options, choose from a selection of games (in the sideboard by the front door), or watch movies. There are four TVs - two cable TVs downstairs (in the bedroom and family room), and two Smart TVs upstairs in the bedrooms.

In the warmer months, spend your days poolside and your nights grilling. Grab an after dinner drink and head out to the fire pit clearing by the creek. Fairy lights twinkle overhead, and the sound of the creek below will be the perfect complement to your fireside chats.

Nestled inside the Catskill Park, Spruce Haven is the perfect base camp for easy to strenuous, but always breathtaking, hiking and snowshoeing in the area.

For greater occupancy, our sister property, Scott Brook Cabin, sits just on the other side of the creek (but out of sight), and is connected to that property by a bridge, creating a potential maximum occupancy of 14-16, an ideal scenario for multiple families or overflow guests.

The Neighborhood:
Spruce Haven, is located in the heart of the Catskills, in the hamlet of Neversink. This quaint town has lots of explore-worthy hikes and is central to a lot of the best towns in the region. Check out the Red Hill Fire Tower, Slide Mountain or Peekamoose Blue Hole all just minutes away. For dining and drinks check out the Russian Mule, or Piccolo Paese in Liberty. Getting Around:
Spruce Haven is two hours from New York City. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
