Our stay was awesome! Host was easy to work with and quick to respond. We had all ages and we all enjoyed the property. If you are looking for a fun property to enjoy a range of ages then I would recommend this property. We actually rented the nearby cottage. Lots of space for all families!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this summer! We loved the pool and hot tub and had a great time playing games in the evenings on the patio! The home was also close enough to Kansas City to take in some local attractions (i.e., Sea Life at Crown Center, the Rabbit hole children’s museum, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cooking utensils, etc. which made making family meals / dinners incredibly easy. An overall great home that I would highly recommend to others!

Family vacation

Our family (8 of us) really enjoyed our stay in this house. The place is amazing and unique, the response when we had a couple questions was terrific. The pool was used every day, and everything we needed was there for us.

Spacious & Fun-Filled Stay for Multiple Families

We needed a large place for four families to come together—to eat, sleep, and refresh—while staying close to Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun, restaurants, and grocery stores. This home was perfect!The owners are on-site in a separate guest house and were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The layout was ideal, with three master bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms—definitely a bonus for multiple families.The pool was wonderful, and we had a great time enjoying a day of sand volleyball right in the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, and counter space anyone could ask for, making it easy to cook and serve meals for a large group.There were plenty of games on hand, which made our one rainy day still feel fun and cozy. We happened to stay during prime season for Japanese beetles—just a mild nuisance, especially for the littles—but it didn't spoil the fun.Overall, this was a fantastic place for a family getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

Nice escape

We were doing some renovations at our home and needed to get out for a week. We have a 3 small dogs and the fenced in yard was like Disneyland for them. The pool was also perfect with 90 degree plus temps. Lots of good restaurants within 15 minutes if you don't want to cook,which we didn’t.

Everything you could ever ask for

This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date.

Great family place

Host was very responsive and accomodating and place worked great for our needs. Would think summer options with pool and volleyball would make this a wonderful stay. Great location with peacefulness and space but close to convenience. It is the owners house, so it is more lived in than other rentals I have stayed at but that also led to a very well stocked kitchen. Other property was rented at same time but had absolutely no awareness of it (noise/parking etc) Thanks for bringing our family closer!

Amazing property!

Absolutely loved this beautiful property which had an awesome backyard with pool, hot tub, sand volley ball court, and outdoor seating. Our group of 10 was comfortable inside with the 4 bedrooms (comfy beds!), comfortable living space with ample seating, and the wonderful dining room table where we could all enjoy meals together. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could need! Bre was quick to respond to any questions and was so organized and fantastic to work with! Really enjoyed our stay!

Last minute getaway turns into a family tradition.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Bre was awesome, she was quick to answer any questions we had leading up to our stay, everything about the house and grounds were picture perfect! The spacious house met everyone’s particular needs, lending plenty of room for the WHOLE family to relax and enjoy themselves. We loved the pool and surrounding deck, there was definitely enough room that even when the kiddos were swimming, the adults were still able to enjoy the space as well! We will definitely be planning a return visit and highly recommend.
