Newer home in the Grande at Canal Pointe. There's room for everyone (including your dog) in this 4+ BR, 3 BA home that offers 2 spacious living areas to dine, watch TV, play games and just hang out with the fam. (sleeps 10) Take a walk into Rehoboth to enjoy the gorgeous beach, boardwalk and unique restaurants and shops . . . or use one of the bikes in the home to tool around town or hop on the adjacent bike trail. In no time, you could be in a state park or in historic Lewes ("the first town in the first state")! You won't even need to leave the community to have Grande offers 2 large swimming pools, several tennis courts, fitness centers and children's playground. Have a cloudy day, binge-watch your favorite shows on one of the 3 smart TVs or whip up a gourmet meal in the well equipped kitchen. (gas BBQ grill on premises too!)
Guests pay a $245 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had two great weeks in Rehoboth/ Canal Point. The house is easily accessible to our favorite shops, restaurants and of course the beach. The neighborhood has two pools and small gyms. I'm no a big walker, the neighborhood hood has won't if sidewalks.

Great House

The house was great, not an easy maneuver to the beach but we figured it out. Neighbors were friendly. Given the size of the house, 2 parking passes would have been nice. Best mattresses of any rental we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay here again.

Never Again

The house itself was very nice, but I would never go back to that neighborhood. Apparently there are residents that do not enjoy sharing their space with renters. They made it very well known that we were not wanted nor welcome, especially in their pool area. In addition, the house itself was not set up for the amount of people eligible to stay. It had five bedrooms and we had 10 guests, and there were not nearly enough pots and pans, cups, utensils, etc.

Great house

The previous reviews of this property almost made me not book. I disagree with them. This house was great. The only thing missing was an outdoor living space like a porch or patio. The furnishings were comfortable. Not one person complained about their bed. We even had one stay on the pull out sofa upstairs and he said it was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but not other cook or bakeware. However, as far as vacation rentals go, this was on par with other rentals. The bikes were ok, but sized for taller riders. The pool was nice and quiet. One reviewer previously stated the finishes were basic. I would be happy to call this basic model home any day. Plenty of beach chairs too! I loved the dog friendly touches as well. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed the home.

Not the best place in Rehoboth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the houses here at Canal Pointe are attractive, each unit adds its own special flare. We were a family5. There was more than adequate space for a family and enough bedrooms to go around. It seemed to me that there was little thought given to the comfort of vacationers. The furniture in the rooms were not comfortable. The bedrooms while adequate for the purpose, the matttreses were uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. While, purportedly we were able to address the climate, we could not seem to get the gauge to warm up the place. We seemed to be locked into the 60s. Overall, I would like to try canal point again because it is in Rehoboth, I would not stay at this address unless basic comforts were meant.

Not bad but disappointed for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. Community if great. Pools are great. House is nice but a little dirty (blood on one comforter) and one of the more basic properties in the neighborhood. I missed that there's not only no screened deck/porch, but also no patio. The lawn is stained from dog urine and not well kept. Spider webs inside and outside the property. Toilet flush mechanisms about to fall off. Tears in the bedroom carpets, hall carpets rolling up from floor. Stained chairs. Basic builder paint throughout. Just generally cheap. No cable TV - only streaming. Fan in MBr only can go on low as it wobbles and remote is taped with a note on it. 3 bikes but one with a torn seat and rusted chain. Again, a nice location but underwhelming execution.
