This townhome with 3bedroom and 3 1/2baths is ideally located so that you are only a 5 minute bike ride/drive to everything. Close to the beach, hiking/biking trail, waterpark, breweries, restaurants, outlets, shopping and more! This unit has been fully updated with a contemporary chic beach decor. Ultra-soft bed sheets and towels will make you want to stay forever!

For those of you that are hoping to bring your "furry" family members on vacation with you, we welcome them too! There is a small pet fee per family member.

This was our second stay at the townhouse and it was just at great as the first time. The home was easy to access on the day we arrived, clean and ready for our stay. The host was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. It is in a great location, near the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. My wife and I and our pup had a wonderful time during our stay!

The property lives up to the pictures and it was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to a great coffee shop and a taco spot that we hit three times during the course of the week we stayed there. We even walked to Jungle Jim's water park a couple of times. We also enjoyed being right next to the bike trail. William is a friendly host and the communication we had with him was great.

We had a great stay at William’s townhouse! The location really cannot be beat. About an 8 min drive to the beach/boardwalk/Funland and close to tons of restaurants, shops, grocery stores as well as activities (movies, mini golf, water parks) - anything you could need. The home is beautifully appointed and we had plenty of room. We had an issue with the coffee machine and powder room flush lever & William quickly rectified and worked around our schedule to do so. He was very accommodating. We very much appreciated the ability to bring both our dog and cat along with us for the trip! The only recommendations I could offer to make it even better would be to update some of the kitchen cookware (we cooked meals most of the week) and maybe add some additional comfy seating options in the living room. It has the only TV in the home (which is totally fine!) but at the end of a long day, we all argued about who could lounge on the couch lol. We absolutely hope to return in the future!

Tremendous!

This was absolutely a perfect place to stay in Rehoboth--especially in the shoulder season with a furry friend. Communication with William was smooth, the property was super clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were steps from the 'rail trail', a short walk from restaurants and bakeries, positioned with great car access to the highway and to the beach/boardwalk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone!

Excellent house | Wonderful Stay | Great Host

I stayed here with my kid, spouse, mom and mother-in-law for a weekend event...couldn't have picked a better house! It was clean, had everything we needed, is super comfortable, and nicely updated. I love that every room has its own bathroom, and that the living room/kitchen is its own floor (for the early risers, and night owls in my family, this was ideal so they could have coffee or watch TV late without waking anyone up). The host was amazing as well! So responsive to all my questions, kind, and hospitable!! Me and my family agreed, we will return. Thank you, William, for sharing your house with us and making it a fabulous weekend!

Rehoboth First Timer

We had a great first time in Rehoboth! Everything about the listing was correct and we found two medium bikes in the garage. The home is located near an art creative market on Mondays and Fridays and a small brewery with live music and a permanent pizza food truck. We walked a lot - even to the beach and certain cafes/coffee shops along the main drag. Thank you so much!

Fun week with family

Our week started with a couple minor bumps but the host was so awesome and came to the house right away to address them and we were set for the week! Plenty of room to visit and play games in the evenings. We drove to the beach each day around St Lawerence St. Life guards made us move past red flags bc we had big ninja tent for shade. Walking distance to lots of coffee shops and stores. Short drive for groceries. Great week!!

Had a great time on our family trip. William was quick to respond to any questions and the home was clean and spacious for us. It’s centrally located to the beach and town shopping, right next to a bike/walking trail and close enough that some of us walked back from the boardwalk a few times. When driving to the boardwalk/beach, we found that taking a few side roads cut back traffic time on the main road.We enjoyed time on the screened in porch. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size and it was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus the half bath. Boogie boards and bikes were there for our use. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to get to everything but hope to return for a longer stay next year 😊

Great Extended Weekend

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend stay! The location was perfect for our needs and it was walkable to many locations. The space accommodated our family well! Our host, William, was incredibly responsive and worked to make our stay comfortable. We will back next year!

Family Get Away

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Our host (William) and the property... very welcoming and accommodating. The location of the condo was close to a lot of walking activities. Highly recommend...dog friendly too.. We plan on staying there again in the near future..

Lovely Home, Perfect Location, Great Owner

William’s home is lovely, clean and spacious. The home is in a perfect location. Close to restaurants, outlets, coffee shops and downtown Rehoboth Beach. William's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds,TV in the living room, washer and dryer and parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and linens were provided. It was so nice to come back at the end of a busy day and unwind in this lovely home. William was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. William’s customer service is top notch. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found William and his beautiful Home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. William, thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our 51st Anniversary with our daughter and son-in-law.

Fantastic Property

Girlfriends weekend in December. The location of this fabulous townhouse is near fine dining and shopping. The place was well equipped with all we needed for fun and relaxation. The owner provided answers to my questions and check in/out was easy. We will definitely consider this property for future trips to Rehoboth.

Relaxing Weekend

The home was beautiful and conveniently located right up the street from Rehoboth Beach. Quick walk to a great coffee shop! My wife and I and the pup enjoyed the easy access to the bike path. Would highly recommend!

Vaca was a no-go

Home owner never provided access code. Had to bail on vacation after making extensive plans and looking forward to getting away with my husband. Awful experience overall. Waiting for full refund from VRBO

Perfect for a family getaway

The house was perfect for a family getaway. Each family was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is very spacious and clean. We loved the screened in balcony. The bike trail is close by. Although we drove to the beach due to all the beach supplies, we did walk downtown on several occasions. We would definitely stay there again.
