Beautiful Rehoboth Beach Townhome. 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10. Pet Friendly.
Newer, spacious townhome located in Rehoboth Beach, DE (Rehoboth Crossing Dev) with 3 primary bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. 1st level offers one bedroom that sleeps 6 with own bathroom and access to back patio. Upstairs 2nd level offers a modern kitchen, open floor plan w/dining & living room, enclosed screen porch. The 3rd floor offers two primary bedrooms, each with own bath, as well as a washer/dryer. Close to all Outlets, Restaurants, Movies, Golf, Water Parks and the Beach. 1 mile walk/drive to Rehoboth Boardwalk/Beach and a two mile bike ride into Dewey Beach.

Saturday 4pm Check-In to Saturday 10am Check-Out.

Pets: Dogs only - $125 pet fee, per pet, if applicable. Must disclose if bringing pet(s).
Pets must be walked frequently and 100% house-trained. Upon check in, please examine the house and report any damage within a few hours of move in. Also, please no smoking inside the property or there may be additional cleaning charges passed on to you.

Great location to all stores and even walkable to the outlet stores. The pool was great after we went to the beach. Only a 10 minute ride to the beach “Gordon’s pond” nice to see it is dog friendly. Beautiful condo clean with all the essentials available. Loved it there will return one day.

This was our second year staying at this beautiful beach house—and definitely not our last! The home is so thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for family time and for those quiet moments to yourself. We especially loved reading out on the porches—such a peaceful way to start or end the day. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bikes and beach chairs in the garage were such a great extra touch. Thanks again for another relaxing stay—we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Vacation House

This house is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, is in a quiet area and has lots of space. The linens, the beach chairs and the outdoor hose make it very easy. We loved having our breakfast on the screened deck. Easy walking distance to the Junction and Breakwater trail for running. I highly recommend this house!

Kendra is amazing and we had a wonderful stay!! The home is beautiful and we were highly impressed with the cleanliness!! It was so nice to not feel like I had to wipe every surface before settling in! The bikes were a huge bonus! Nice proximity to the beach and shops. We will definitely be renting from Kendra again in the future!! Highly highly recommend!!

A perfect week!

Loved this townhome, adjacent to the bike trail. It was the cleanest and best stocked VRBO that we ever stayed in. They have thought of everything, especially for pet owners. The home was impeccably maintained. The best part of the home was the screened in porch. We spent the whole week on the porch or on the trail. Heaven!

Great place to get away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful with lots of beds, rooms and bathrooms. It was well appointed and had everything you could want in the kitchen. Having bicycles and beach chairs available was also very nice. We highly recommend this place.

Family Beach Vacation 2024

This was out first family trip to Rehobeth and our first beach trip traveling with our dog and we all loved it! The house was really great- lots of space to relax together - the living area was very comfortable and we spent a good amount of time watching the Olympics on the big screen tv; the kitchen was spacious and very well equiped and we loved the big table for family dinners. We also enjoyed sitting on the screen porch and barbecuing on the lower level. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated indide and out. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was really nice and having a washer and dryer also very convenient. The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet and very nice for walking our dog. The available bikes and beach chairs were an especially nice feature and the bike bath behind the neighborhood was truly wonderful! We used the bike path daily to go back and forth to the Gordan’s Pond beach ( state park)which was an easy bike ride (we slso took a car with our dog, umbellas and coolers ect for $10 per day to Gordan’s Pond) Having easy accses to the state park and also to Rehobeth Boardwalk, Dewey Beach and the many restaurants was a nice mix. The owner was easy to communicate with and gave very detailed instructions which were helpful. We had a great vacation and we would love to rent again in the future.

Beautiful beach home

Great location easy access to everything! Host was very responsive and communicated which I like. Very clean and lots of room for the entire family! The bikes and beach chairs were such a bonus. Thank you and highly recommend.

Beautiful townhome

We stayed here over the 4th of July week and had a wonderful time. The townhome was beautiful and clean. So much space for us to all spread out. Each room having its own bathroom was such a luxury. There were plenty of extras to make the stay easier (shampoo/conditioner and soap in showers, Dog bowls, hair dryers, bikes, beach chairs, etc). The screened in deck off the living room was a lovely place to relax when in and out from our many activities. The location was great. I was a little worried about how easy it would be to walk or bike down to the shops/boardwalk. However the Junction & Breakwater trail was mere steps away. This made it extremely easy and safe to walk or bike to the park, shops, boardwalk, beach. We even biked the whole 16 mile loop and couldn’t have been easier with the access right there in the community. Having several bikes to use was super helpful! Meanwhile you have plenty of shops, restaurants on the highway. The water park is right across the street as well as a brewery we had a great dinner at. Mini golf just down the road. Fractured prune with amazing donuts was just minutes away. Several mornings I walked down to the Point coffee shop (just 1/2 mile) for coffee and pastries/breakfast. Having access to a pool was nice as well. There generally seemed to be people there but never too crowded. We enjoyed some time there as well. Overall we had a fantastic time and that was in part to having such a wonderful place to stay in a great location.

BEYOND FABULOUS!

My family and I (5 adults, 2 teens, 2 young ones, and 2 fur babies) booked this townhouse for a week at the beach and all of us had the BEST time! - Upon arriving we were greeted by some of the friendly neighbors and their doggies and I was ECSTATIC that it’s a dog-friendly neighborhood. Finding spots like this is so DIFFICULT! The hosts also included dog bowls for food and water plus some dog toys! - Entering the home with the provided door code was simple and the home was IMMACULATE! So super clean and tidy! And the welcome note with a bottle of champagne was sweet and very thoughtful. We’ve never encountered that in the many years of renting! - The bedrooms were decorated so beautifully and it gave all of us enough space from each other when needed (mostly the teens). It was also fabulous that linens were provided so I didn’t have to pack or rent any! The beds themselves were comfortable and gave us all some much needed rest! - The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soaps and that was also lovely and something I didn’t have to bring/buy. There was also dishwasher soap/pods and plenty of trash bags along with cleaning supplies which is also PERFECT. - We touched base with the hosts before, during, and after our stay as they were lovely to communicate with and very fast to respond. The home is close to EVERYTHING and is the perfect location. Overall this property exceeded our expectations! Hopefully we can be back next summer!

Wonderful week with our kids and their friends

Booked this for a week for our family and each of our teenage kids to bring a friend. The bikes and the Rehobeth community allowed them to have some freedom. The proximity to the bike path, local shops and Chipotle (for the kids they visited like 3-4x) provided lots of things to do. Had to ask a few questions and the owners answered quickly and even gave us numbers for faster response, but quicker response wasn't needed as they communicated very quickly using VRBO messaging. Would certainly return and stay again. Property was well equipped and very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. Ceiling fans at night felt good. My favorite time was the morning while the kids were still asleep having my coffee in the morning sun on the screened in deck.

Beach vibes

It’s the little things and this home delivers. The property is beautifully decorated and furnished but more than that, the owners thought of everything from a small coffee bar to baskets of blankets, extra toiletries in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, eight bikes and more. This property is in an ideal location. Only 5 minutes to downtown Rehoboth, 15 to downtown Lewes and Cape Henelopen and a bike trail directly behind the community. You can walk to a few stores or hop on Coastal Highway and be at the outlets, a coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants and bars in a matter of minutes. This property is in the back of the neighborhood and quiet. Mostly importantly dog friendly! My initial reaction: Impressed. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Felt brand new

We needed a last minute place to stay in Rehobeth this past weekend for a meeting. This was one of the few that allowed me to bring my dog. The place looked brand new, furniture, bedding, bathrooms were spotless and all super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and loved the proximity to so many great restaurants. Wish the weather was nicer to use the bikes the owners had provided to tour the area in the bike trail that was basically in their back yard. We will definitely be back this summer. Thank you!

Everything I needed and more

Wonderful weekend getaway. The house is beautifully decorated and was spotless. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Worked great for my family of teenage girls to spread out with plenty of outlets to charge their various electronics. The kitchen is stocked and organized with everything I needed to cook a large family meal. Hosts were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We loved the house and booked for a week in July! Can’t wait to take the bikes out on the trail.

What a Fantastic Find!!

My fiancé and I wanted a last minute get away for the weekend and took a chance on this newly listed property, we are so glad we did! This is an end unit that has all the amenities! Although it was just the two of us, this place sleeps 10 (our trip was twofold as we were scoping the place for a family vacation). This is a three story condo with a bedroom and garage on the bottom floor. The bedroom has sleeping room for six (think kids room) and an attached bath. The garage has plenty of bicycles – which is wonderful since the Breakwater Junction Trail runs behind the property. The second floor is the main living area with the kitchen, living/dining room, half bath, and a screen porch. The furniture is comfy, the fireplace is romantic, the kitchen is well equipped, and the screen porch was perfect for my morning cup of tea. The third floor has two more bedrooms (one of the rooms has a balcony and each has an attached bath), and the washer and dryer (which I was a little too excited about). This development also has a pool – it was February so it was closed for the season, but I'm looking forward to using it on our next vacation! If you like to shop you are in walking distance from the Tanger Outlets. If you like downtown Rehoboth, you are also within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants.

Love the location! Its close to all the action, yet also quiet. The bike path is such a fun way to get around town. Everything is walkable. The pool is a nice way to unwind. The house is modern, spacious and comfortable.

Its nice that its an end unit. They are usually larger than the average townhouse and there's a nice side yard for your pets. You get two parking spaces at the house, plus spill over parking in the lot, 100 yards away.
