Just wonderful! 2 blocks from Gratzi and short drive to Midland Center for the Arts. Ideal for night on the town. Glad formal H hotel was closed. Great place to be snowed in, watch Football (UofM vs OSU Rivalry Game), and order Door Dash (Noodles & Co.). Loved the high, super comfortable bed and full-size kitchen. 2 blocks off Business Rt. 10, so easy to find and parking is well marked. Would love to stay longer... Thank-you!

We were in town to visit Dow Gardens, which was only a few minutes from this cozy apartment, which is part of a duplex. It has a well stocked kitchen for fixing meals, as well as consistent hot water and plenty of towels. The only downside is the need for a new mattress on the bed. It is otherwise a spacious and clean place to relax and rest your head.

The apartment is very beautiful, it has a nice size bathtub/shower, the bed is super comfortable so is the couch. It feels like home away from home. It has anything you may need to cook, clean and just feel at home. You get your own parking spot and your right in downtown midland so your near a lot of places. I would most definitely come here again!

Wedding Weekend Fun

This was our first time ever in Michigan AND using a VRBO! We usually stay in hotels but our baby doesn’t like sleeping in the same room as us anymore. The apartment was clean, cute, and quiet which was perfect for us! My husband even met a man working on apartment 3 and said he was really nice! Overall it was a great weekend getaway! Next time we’re up this way we’ll have to see if this location is available!

Great experience for my parents

We don't have enough space for my parents to stay when they visit from out of town and we were lucky enough to find this vrbo! It was conveniently located to the attractions we took them to and they loved staying there. They had everything they needed and both said the bed was comfy! I can definitely see booking this for them again.

Great place and close to everything.

We loved the place and it was exactly what the listing said. It was just my husband and I and it was perfect. The bed was comfy and we were close to everything. Downtown is beautiful and had great restaurants. The farmers market is one of the best I’ve ever been too.

Owners were so AWESOME. We mentioned a noisy fan and it was fixed in hours. Forgot my blow dryer. Delivered within hours. This place was perfect for us. Will be back!

Short stay in Midland

My sister and I stayed in the apartment for a few days. It was a last minute booking and the host communication was timely and efficient. It was cozy and worked well for visiting other family nearby.

great spot to stay in Midland

We found the apartment (really one half of a bungalow house) to be a great place to stay. The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Off street parking was provided. Great value for the cost.
