Newly renovated 3 bed/ 2 bath lower duplex unit located in midtown area(1/2 mile from Downtown; 1/2 mile from the Center for the Arts/Dow Gardens/Library; & 1.25 miles from the Midland Country Club) .Sleeping accommodations provide: 3 bedrooms; 1 king bedroom with en suite bath, 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen & full size bedroom. We will provide an air mattress and extra linens for guests beyond 8.
The space
This Unit of the duplex is the main floor of the home, there are a few stairs (4 exactly) into the home but otherwise the space is all one level. Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms(one king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one queen bedroom with pull out full size sofa/floor bed), 2 full bathrooms(one is a en-suite), and a large open floor plan kitchen/living/dining room area.

The living/dining room area is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of seating options for relaxation and quality time with your loved ones. Enjoy movie night or the big game on our 58" Smart TV while cuddled up on the reclining sofa/sectional. Don't want to share a TV with your kids or your husband? We offer a 32" Smart TV in our largest queen bedroom with pull additional pull out couch.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for making home cooked meals, complete with brand new appliances, pots, pans, plenty of dishes and glassware, wine glasses, a drip and k cup coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Don't worry we didn't skip pizza cutters, measuring cups, hot pads, or any other essentials! We stock our kitchens to please our guests, if anything is missing we welcome requests! :)

When it's time to gather for a meal or play games, the dining table with seating for 6 provides the perfect space(pull up the office chair for extra seating)! We provide cards and a small collection of board games, we often rotate games between our units so they stay ever changing.

Our 2 full bathrooms provide enough space for your group or family to get ready for the day. The Main bath does have a full size tub. Both bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, Toilet Paper, Linens, Bath Mats and Blow driers.

Our Brand new Dual function Washer/Drier in the laundry closet provides convenience with a wash/dry cycle for you to start laundry before heading out for the day and come home to completely washed and dried laundry! But if you prefer a standard experience this machine does allow you to wash only or dry only as well.

Traveling with kids or a baby? In the smaller queen bedroom closet you will find amenities for your baby (baby bath, sound machine, and pack n play). In the closet nearest the living room tv, you will find toys and books for children and babies. :) Forgot something for your child? Don't hesitate to request with us, we have a child at home, and if its something we have and are not using we may bring it over for your stay. :)

Outside on the small private patio/entryway space you will find a exterior dining table for 2, 6 stackable chairs, and charcoal grill if you'd like to cook out!
